I saw some Deltarune art of Papyrus being younger than he is in Undertale and I’m obsessed (more art below)

Papyrus is in Kris’ grade and transfers in (fits in easily since he’s a huge adorable dork)- eventually gets into Dark World shenanigans and has cool dude body armor and blaster attacks

Also bonus Sans Dark World costume- it doesn’t change his clothes, he literally just gets a pair of goggles and a ketchup purse, that’s it

Well! older sister - Doc. works at Word Corp. Middle sister - Zip, works in the archives under the direction of Doc (Zip has a very cute adopted son!!) Younger sister - MP3 (Peggy). MP3 keeps a small music store!

Hello everyone, welcome to this post where i will introduce to you my story on Archive of our Own or AO3 about the theory of Papyrus being the Knight.

Must say that this took so long to publish due to some issues i had to fix, but now i can say everything is ready for you to enjoy!

With the following, I will give you some extra information about this story.

This story/AU is inspired by the theory of Papyrus the Knight, where you will see his point of view and his evolution.

Some characters have changed in age, like Papyrus in this case.

I apologize in advance if the story has grammatical errors, it is not my first language but I use several tools to make it understandable and enjoyable to read!

There may be slow updates, because I have external issues that may prevent me from updating frequently, but I will do everything in my power to achieve this.

This story is completely separate from the comic i did time ago.

And I don't need to say much more, you will have to discover that for yourself during your reading!

This charismatic Darkner is the one who guides and advises Papyrus and his teacher, Dess.

As his name suggests, he is the advisor to the King of Spades.

He is enigmatic but very charming!

Meet the intimidating and powerful royal sorceress, Dess…!

Yes, strangely enough, she is only known by that nickname.

Dess is known as the Ice Sorceress, due to her superb control over magic and being very strong and good at hitting things!

(She is a bit grumpy but nice if you know her better.)

And let's not forget this charismatic skeleton that everyone knows!

Thinkin of Deltarune angst

Imagine this. Kris was in a coma the entire fricken time and the events of Deltarune was just a dream and when they wake up they're surrounded by humans who have no idea what they're talking about with the "Dark World" and "Monsters" and Kris just has to deal with the fact that their friends are all fake and AUGHHDJAF.

Bonus points if the lightners and their personalities and relationships and crap are based off of the real life people in their town. Susie acts the same and is basically the same person but human and they all act the same to their dream counterparts except their all human and the Dark World never existed so Lancer and Ralsei and all the Darkners aren't real. THE ANGST FACTOR FOR THIS AU LIKE DHSJFHENEJEH

Heroes of Light Chapter 1

Each chapter is themed after one of the human souls

Deltarune Au

I call it Heroes of Light

It follows the premise of what if the adults of Hometown were the protagonists

Here are the heroes of prophecy

Papyrus is the main protagonist but has more control than Kris. You only help him in fights and most puzzles but never choosing dialogue or other major choices

Undyne plays a role similar to Susie. She's Papyrus's best friend and they like to basically screw around on her free time. In this universe she's already dating Alphys and throughout the game Papyrus encourages her to Pop the question.

Lastly is a new but familiar face: Nass. The Prophet of Darkness. Resembles a certain protagonist of an old RPG....what was it? Planetconfined? Either way he also is eerily familiar to Papyrus but he can't put his boney finger on it. Either way he's a Jokester with magic gloves and a love of cheesy puns and Shadow Blood (tastes like a certain tomato sauce)

New AU I'm working on

I'm currently calling it DeltaDark but I found another au with the same name so I might change it idk. This is a kinda Hard Mode of Deltarune. All the Darkeners are more powerful and certain Darkeners have a second "Shadow" Form that upgrades their abilities (idk if that's similar to JoJo's stands nor do I care because I never watched JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and I never plan to). Lightners are more powerful in the Darkworld but no where near the Darkners and most of their powers come from their weapons. Certain Darkeners can also "corrupt" Lightners who's wills are weak. Lastly for this au there are five classes of Darkners: Fragile (NPCs who are usually birthed from broken or otherwise weakend objects; do not have Dark Forms), Enemies (Darkeners born from small objects; do not have Dark Forms but are stronger than normal), True Dark Enemies (Darkeners born from objects that are particularly strong and usually ones that have a deep hatred for lightners; take the role of minor bosses; have Dark Forms), Dark Gods (Darkeners similar to True Dark Enemies but have also been "Knighted" by the Knight who fused them with a Dark Fountain; Have Dark Forms), Forgotten Darkeners (Darkeners who have obtained a Shadow Crystal and object so powerful it's in comprehensible hence these Darkners being hidden away; have the most powerful Dark Forms which are more like Eldritch horrors)
