reblog post My body has time and time again proved to me my need for sleep is about 12 hours a day but I mostly end up only sleeping 9 hours A day instead *Proven So I feel tired all the time lmao Except for like. The span of one hour after each resting and that is if I wake up feeling rested Would be a corpse with a bad headache if I don't have 3-hours-long 'naps' in the afternoon I wonder if it's just my body's natural need or something else I've heard Fatigue can be a symptom of ADHD and for some while I've been researching to see if I might have it or not but we'll have to Wait and see for now Sorry for the ramble op
