Watching this AU had a huge impact on me. Besides liking the design, it's a picture of Sonic maintaining his pride, even though he tries to act like his normal self, but the impact of a horrible experience and the fact that everyone can see his scars... everyone except him.

Sonic and Nine—Mended Edit!

Hey all! Here’s another edit of Nine and Sonic (I love this duo, more edits coming soon hehehehehehehe) to the song ‘Mended”. This show is so incredible for giving us an alternate universe based off of “what if Sonic never existed?” What if Tails never had a friend to save him from the bullies, what if Amy never fell head over heels in love? Hey everyone! One day when I was listening to ‘Word’s Fail’ from DEH (yes, I am a musical theatre nerd 🤓) I started to imagine how great it would sound with an edit of Sonic Prime. A couple hours later… voila! Hope you enjoy this little emotional mash-up as much as I enjoyed editing it!

Been stuck wandering around in a German airport for 5 hours because of a random layover trying to find our gate guys this is exactly how shadow the hedgehog felt in the shatterverse I'm actually him

I ran out of time to finish the other idea I had, so I'm gonna go with this. Admittedly I forgot about reposting this with the tag until now, so I apologize that it's late, @year-of-the-echidna

I was finally able to catch a Year of the Echidna prompt, and for this week's prompt I had two ideas.

So here we have the first of my ideas;

Since the prompt for this week was "Moon," one of my ideas was a scene from Won the Battle (Lost the War) on Ao3 by Graves_Yard

After looking back and rereading the portion to get the quote exact, I realize that my mental image may be a bit different to how the story described it, but this just my interpretation of the scene (as far as positioning goes).

(I don't know if this'll be the one I go with, but I figured I'd share and decide from there later on!)

(also I'm very happy that I seem to have successfully unlocked Movie-Style Knuckles in my drawing arsenal!)

Been working on drawing Sonic characters (because I'm obsessed with these guys), and today I finished my first colored drawing.

It's kinda messy, but I'm happy with it :3

tried to draw my Sonic OC again to get better with the anatomy

I think it went better this time. Still trying to figure out how to properly draw the hands, feet, and quills, but at least I drew them this time

(ignore the faded mushroom in the background; I drew that first and tried to erase it so I’d have space to draw my OC)

(and I was drawing in a dark room, so some of the stuff might look janky)
