Why is Astro just randomly strong as hell?

He's not even like the MAIN main character, Dandy is and he has like nothing going for him in his normal toon form

Meanwhile, Astro has these little sparkles that function like hands, he can fly, he has four arms, he can control what dreams people have

Like no other toons really have "powers" so why does he have like three😭???

I will be laughing about this once I get over my nicholas rage
