UHHHH HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I drew Rise!Ronin as Death from Puss in Boots:The Last Wish!!!
My hand hurts omfg but I hope you all enjoy and are safe or were safe!
Have some of my older pieces! I still love all of these pieces because I just love how much fun I have with drawing these guys and all, these are mostly Mikey doodles lol
LAST POST FOR RN (it is gonna be 4am omfg-) W.I.P of Rise!Ronin in his early 20’s,, this was just me trying to do foreshortening (???) and perspectives so yeah!!!
“May I speak to your boss now?”
I have been wanting to draw my Rise!Ronin intimidating as all hell cause he truly is and this is just him without using his mystic abilities!!!
Mikey has been through a lot and at this point he just wants to get everything over with so he can have peace finally.
Did I ever mention that I still have the story for my Rise!Ronin AU?
I called the AU Anachronism which means a person or thing that is chronologically out of place, which definitely fits with Rise!Ronin
The first one to find him, is Donatello. That is all I shall share until am able to give more information and all hehe
Here it is just not in video format.
Kirby has some dark humor due to him living with some interesting yokai.
we love future mikey here ‼️‼️
new au just dropped
its my (unnamed) bad future au :D gotta make a name for it tho
the animation is a work in progress btw
hello rottmnt tumblr !! I know there was rise august, but I completely missed that (insert cat screaming in agony) SO I decided to draw rottmnt every day until my birthday !! (sept. 30th,,,)
I completely forgot to post donnie yesterday though- (cat screaming in agony intensifies) all of these will (most likely) be made on magma
Ayoo waddup- I haven’t made a COMPLETE animation in a long while, although this is a collab that i am very proud of since i haven’t animated in a long while- hope y’all enjoy it!

Plot: It was a normal day for the four spirits when suddenly four turtles and one human changed everything.
Genre: Fluff, Attempts at Humor, Family-Bonding, Light Hearted, Original Characters, Canon Compliant
Notes: this one is a bit meh, but it's been sitting around for a while so I decided to just publish it as it is. I'm working on other projects that are much more exciting, so all my time is put into that instead.
Standing tall on the outskirts of the Hidden City stood a tall menacing building filled with a mix of mechanical and organic parts. Pulsing vines, steaming pipes, ominous glowing lights. The home of a warrior-scientist yokai. Inside, amongst many, many rooms, is a large abandoned hall filled to the brim with new and old weapons of various kinds. Swords, axes, arrows, shields. The room pulsed with a vibrant energy of science and magic combined in a glorious concoction. And there, on a far wall, glowing brilliantly in hues of red, orange, blue and purple sat four weapons unlike the rest. An Odachi, Tonfas, Kusari-Fundo and a Halberd. Mystic power surged through the wood and metal, a buzz surrounding them, shivers of vibrations, and, if you leaned close enough, you might be able to hear voices.
The voices of four ancient spirits.
"Rock. Paper—"
"We've got no hands, Fundi."
"Oh right, yeah…. Uh… I spy with my little—"
"No eyes either."
"But we can still see, Oda, so we can still play!"
Oda—un-originally named after the Odachi he inhabits— sighed. One would think, after decades of being stuck on a wall in a long forgotten room with three other unusual spirits, he would've gotten used to Fundi's incessant need to be entertained.
But no.
There was no getting used to this.
And he didn't want to get used to this either.
It was driving him mad.
"—Something beginning with 'A'!"
"Ax." Oda didn't hesitate to answer.
"Damn."
Right, after decades of eye-spy, when they couldn't move past the wall they were strapped to, there were only so many things they could use to play the word game with … and only so many weapons starting with 'A'.
Oda sighed again.
"Okay, okay, me next." The red glowing Tonfas beside him chuckled, obviously trying to save Oda from another headache. "Hmmm…" The spirit inhabiting the Tonfas—aptly named Tonfa— hummed thoughtfully. "Ooh I've got it! I spy with my little eye something beginning with—huh?! Turtles?"
Fundi groaned. "Tonfa that isn't how you play—"
"No look." If he could've, he would've pointed at the pile of four humanoid-turtles stacked at the far end of the room having fallen from an old trapdoor tunnel. "Turtles?…and a human!"
Oda quickly snapped to attention at the mention of a human. Yokai and such they were used to. The Baron that owned this building, and subsequently them, was a yokai. His henchmen and gargoyles were also yokai, so turtle yokais weren't anything new. A human however… that was new.
"Oh, do you think they'll want to play eye-spy too?" Fundi beamed, a flicker of fire shivering down his chain in anticipation.
"Draxum says humans are vile, evil creatures." The normally quiet purple Halberd—Hal—muttered nervously, a trembling pulse vibrating around his spiked ball. "What if the human wants to hurt us?"
"What if the human wants to use us for evil?" Tonfa added to Hal's already growing anxiety, a few particles of translucent squares formed around the Tonfas like nervous beads of sweat.
"Humans aren't inherently evil." Oda said calmly. "But if she doesn't get out of here soon, she'll be the one in danger. You know how much the Baron hates humans."
Tonfa's fear subsided, turning into concern instead. "Oh no, the poor thing." He fussed. "We should do something."
"No." Oda said firmly.
"But what if the human—" Hal said in a small unsure voice.
"We cannot make ourselves known." Oda cut in with a tone of age-old wisdom. "We'll just keep an eye on them and hopefully they'll find a way out of here soon."
"I'm sure those turtle yokai will help her." Tonfa agreed.
Fundi lifted up the ball at the end of his chain, a puff of orange fire zipping around the spiked ring through the center, something he only did when he was agitated. "But just watching is booorrrrriiiinnnngggg!"
Oda sent a spark of blue electricity towards the Kusari-Fundo, effectively telling Fundi to stop; they couldn't risk being seen. Fundi lets the fire die, but not before huffing childishly at the Odachi-inhabiting spirit.
Oda chose to ignore him and instead focus on the intruders.
The turtles recovered quickly from the messy pile of limbs and were quick to explore the vast range of sharp and dangerous weapons around them.
"It's like if magic and science had a baby!" The one in a purple mask said as he marveled at the mad-scientist aesthetic.
They sound like children, Oda noted with an inward cringe. Children and weapons do not bode well. Where are these kids' parents!?
"These'll do." Another one of them exclaimed merrily while holding up a pair of nunchucks. Nunchucks weren't too bad, at least they weren't sharp. The turtle would soon throw them down once he realizes just how difficult they are to wield. A few bruises and bumps later and hopefully he'll never pick up a weapon again.
The blue one however…. He just had to pick up a pair of Katanas. He probably saw the shiny sharp blade and saw himself and some kind of ninja. This isn't a game, Oda wanted to yell. But alas he knew the turtles couldn't hear him.
All four turtles and the human danced around the room, each picking weapons they found "cool" or whatnot. And here Oda thought Fundi was the biggest headache. No, these children beat the unruly spirit by a mile. They were reckless, overly-excitable, and completely unaware of the danger they were in by being in Baron Draxum's lab.
But it just had to get worse before it could get better.
Oda knew what the large red one was thinking when his eyes turned to the wall the spirits were strapped to. Like a moth drawn to a lamp, the bright light the spirits emitted had the big one's eyes sparkling with awe. A huge grin spread across his face revealing his singular spiked tooth.
"Don't do it kid," Oda mumbled. "Ignore the urge. Just walk away."
"Oda…" Hal whispered. "I think the big one is looking at us."
"Don't do it kid, don't—"
"Hey yo, guys!" The red one called out loudly to the others, a mischievous smirk on his beak. Oda groaned. "How about we take the glow-y ones?"
Hal inhaled anxiously next to him. "Oh no."
Fundi giggled. "I don't know why you guys are so worried." He said with an air of mischief himself. "They seem fun!"
"Oh, dibs on the sword!" The blue one exclaimed, much to Oda's horror.
"No! No "dibs" on the "sword", do you even know what type of sword I am?" Fundi laughed harder as Oda glowered angrily at the blue‐clad turtle reaching up to him with sparkling eyes "I am an Odachi! Not something a snot-nosed kid like you should lay a finger on— no, stop! Kid seriously, put me down. You'll only hurt yourself!"
"Oh boy!" The blue one gleamed proudly.
"Too late." Fundi laughed as the smallest turtle grabbed with him an equally joyous laugh.
"Hot soup!" The orange one yelled as he struck a pose.
"Hot soup?" Fundi laughed harder. "This kid is funny!"
"Boom!" The red one shouted as he took the Tonfas off the wall next and struck his own fierce pose. "Hahaha!"
"Please be careful, big guy." Tonfa didn't seem all that bothered by the turtle holding him up in the air like a trophy. In fact, much to Oda's dismay, the Tonfas spirit sounded like a proud older brother as the red turtle started shadow-boxing with him.
He expected Fundi to be ignorant of the consequences of children wielding powerful music weapons. But for Tonfa to also take everything in his stride without doubts was surprising… and frustrating.
Surely he could rely on Hal to be sensible. Hal was always sensible, but only because his overactive anxiety and nervousness got the better of him in pretty much every situation.
Oda watched Hal carefully while trying to keep the young turtle from cutting himself as he swung the Odachi around like a stick. He gulped dryly as the human girl took the Halberd off the wall. Then, without a second thought, strode causally towards the final and less excitable purple turtle.
Oda watched apprehensively as Hal started to panic, stuttering incoherently.
"What about you, Donnie?" She swung the Halberd teasingly in front of the turtle. "Don't you want a glow-y weapon?" She asked as if said weapon was as harmless as an inflatable toy.
"No, I'm good." Hal breathed a sigh of relief when the turtle quickly turned down the offer in favor of stroking his mechanical-advanced bo-staff like an overprotective parent. "I'll never let you go." The turtle whispered with a pout.
The human girl shrugged it off, almost as if she expected such an answer and the Halberd went limp at her side.
"Oh, thank goodness." Hal breathed out.
At least one of them is sensible, Oda couldn't help but think as he caught a glimpse of the three other turtles playing ninja by themselves.
Wait, Oda takes it back, this purple one isn't sensible… in fact he's just as clueless as the others as he ponders over a small purple mystic crystal. "This looks interesting, though." He says cheekily as he snatched the crystal and tucked it away, no doubt for later investigation.
"Doesn't he know how dangerous that thing can be!?" Oda mentally face-palmed.
Suddenly they all gathered together and an air of eagerness buzzed around them. Then the red one raised an arm and loudly declared, "Let's go save the dog thingy!"
Oda sighed for the umpteenth time. "These kids are going to give me an aneurysm and kill me all over again."

Plot: Fundi watches Michelangelo as he works his magic.
Genre: Fluff, Light Hearted, Feel-Good, Original Character, AU/Canon Compliant
Notes: This piece was so much fun to write and designing some art for Miley to graffiti was exciting. I nearly drove myself crazy trying to find a name for the art though. Also, Google Docs has American English and not British English (as far as I am aware), which is really annoying for me as a British person since it keeps telling me I'm spelling words like 'Colours' and 'Favourite' wrong… when really I'm not. Sigh. Anyway...
I also drew art for this! I drew the graffiti Mikey paints! I'll add it at the end.
Please enjoy!
Idea based on this playlist and art work, (original artist mentioned in video description).
Perched on the edge of a roof of an old New York apartment, Fundi had both a perfect view of the clear night sky, adorned with a bright crescent moon; and the young black-clad turtle using his fingers to frame the wall before him. The turtle stuck his tongue out to the side as he stepped back, visualizing all the possibilities an untouched wall like this could hold. The colours. Shapes. Story. Theme. It was endless. He could do anything with this blank canvas.
Fundi smirked, leaning forward with anticipation as he noticed the young turtle's thoughtful expression turn into a bright grin, brighter than the moon itself. Michelangelo has come up with his next brilliantly artistic idea. And Fundi couldn't wait to see what the orange-masked turtle would turn his blank canvas into.
This wasn't the first time Fundi had joined Michelangelo in trekking the back alleys of New York to look for a good spot to place his mark, and it certainly won't be the last. Michelangelo wore his usual graffiting outfit: a pair of black cargo shorts and a baggy sleeveless black hoodie. Both of which were already coated in new and old splashes of neon paint. Bright pinks, blues, greens, purples, and his favourite shades of oranges.
Michelangelo shrugged off his backpack and used his foot to shift the bag closer to the wall. He never took his eyes off his canvas. Sure the lighting was bad. The building was blocking out most of the moonlight and the alley was too far back for street lamps to reach him. But that had never put Michelangelo off before. In fact, it only added to the challenge. And Michelangelo loved a challenge.
He bent down, still eyes fixed on the wall, and fumbled around to find the zip on his bag. It took him a moment, but soon he had the bag wide open, pouring out a wide assortment of colourful spray canisters, some new, some old. Finally he tore his attention away from the wall and mused over what colour to pick first.
He chose white.
A colour he didn't usually start with.
Fundi knew this was going to be special
Michelangelo got started on his art.
Fundi shifted from the edge of the roof down onto a dumpster behind the young artists. He swayed from side to side, watching keenly each stroke Michelangelo painted. The turtle stretched his arm out wide, huge circular movements, long wobbly lines, bold and thick corners, tiny details, filling the whole wall. He even had to stand on an old crate to reach as high as he could.
It was all so fascinating to the Kusari-Fundo Spirit.
Fundi remembers the first day he watched Michelangelo graffiti a wall.
He was sitting on the floor in front of Leonardo, Donatello and Raphael as they watched an old Jupiter Jim film, a film the turtles had seen multiple times before, but this was the first time Fundi had watched it. He was glued to the screen. Transfixed. Awed. The most entertained he'd been in… years? Decades? Ever?
But he didn't miss the fact that Michelangelo wasn't there. His wielder mentioned something about "getting ready to work his magic", whatever that meant, but Fundi found the film more interesting.
That was until Michelangelo walked out wearing painted cargo shorts and a sleeveless hoodie. Fundi quickly jumped, startling Tonfa who had been focused on the film as well. Eyes wide in wonder. Suddenly whatever this "magic" was that Michelangelo had mentioned was the most interesting thing to him. The turtles hardly ever wore human clothes, and when they did, it usually meant something fun was going to happen. (Unless it was their usual lazy hoodies, but that didn't count)
"I'll be back later, 'kay." The youngest sang out merrily as he slung his backpack over his shoulder.
"'Kay." Leonardo waved without taking his eyes off the screen.
"Be safe." Raphael leaned back over his beanbag, holding out his phone with his usual oldest brother concern. "Text or call us if anything happens. Don't wander too far away from the lair. Make sure to bring snacks and a bottle of water. Stay in the shadows—"
"Yeah, yeah, Ralph." Michelangelo chuckled. "It's not like I haven't done this before."
The elder turtle frowned a little, opening his mouth to say something when he felt one of Donatello's mechanical arms pat him on his shell. Raphael calmed with this motion. It was Donatello's way of telling him that everything was alright.
The red‐clad turtle playfully huffed a little before he slouched back into the beanbag with a small smile. "Have fun, Mikey."
The youngest beamed at that. Quickly running up behind his oldest brother to wrap his arms around his neck. "I will. And I'll make sure to take a pic of my art when I've finished it, 'kay?"
"Art?" Fundi muttered with a tilted head and a curious flicker in his flaming eyes.
Raphael half hugged him back with a chuckle. "Go work your magic, lil bro."
"Magic?" Fundi repeated curiously.
With a skip in his step and a wide grin on his face, the orange turtle made haste in leaving the lair, heading to top-side.
Fundi hung back a bit. Debating on what to do now. The film was very fun, but surely the turtles would watch it again, right? Whereas the mention of "magic" and "art" was new but it could also be something just equally as boring. He had no idea which option was better.
"Don?" Leonardo nudged his twin without turning away from the screen.
"Yeah, yeah. There's a tracking device on him and in his bag. I'll keep an eye on his location." The purple turtle stated lightly.
Everyone relaxed when they heard that. Fundi had no idea the turtles were so nervous about the youngest going out by himself until their tight postures fell and they all let out a sigh of relief.
Okay, so maybe going with Michelangelo was the funner option. Afterall, anything could happen top-side. The endless possibilities of trouble, mayhem and mischief—not at the expense of Michelangelo getting hurt of course— was too much to miss. His eyes glistened at the thought.
"You can go if you want." Tonfa giggled at the youngest spirit. Of course Tonfa knew what was going on in his head, Tonfa always knew what was going on in Fundi's head. "And if Oda asked, I'll just tell him you're making sure Michelangelo stays safe."
Tonfa didn't need to tell him twice.
Magic and art… there was no way it would be boring.
Right?
…..
Wrong.
It was boring.
Fundi zipped back to the Kusari-Fundo that Michelangelo wisely kept at his side, utilizing a handy ability all the spirits had: an ability to teleport to their weapons no matter how far away their weapon was. It certainly saved him from having to search through the sewers and alleys above for the orange‐clad turtle.
Only to find the turtle staring at a blank wall.
Was that it?
What was so exciting about a blank, brick, alleyway wall?
Fundi muttered his incoherent annoyances, kicking a lone can that was abandoned on the alley floor, knowing full well his foot would just pass through without affecting the crushed cylinder. But that didn't stop him from trying to do it again. And again. And again.
"I missed a Jupiter Jim film for this!" He fumed.
He hovered around, paying no attention to the turtle, wondering if he could make it back to their lair by himself. Oh, but he didn't have an ounce of a sense of direction. He'd only get lost and then have to zip back to the Kusari-Fundo. He tried to play with a stray cat, which obviously couldn't see him. Then tried to pull off some of Michaelangelo's awesome gymnastic-type moves… if Funding was not a spirit he would've broken quite a few bones trying this. But at last, nothing eased his boredom. (If only Oda was around, teasing the elder always gave him a kick.)
Finally, he flung his attention back to the wall, eager to burn the offending bricks with his frustrated flames, when his eyes caught something new. He sputtered out a gasp.
The wall, once drab and grey, with old crusty bricks barely holding themselves together, was now… magical!
Michelangelo really had worked wonders on the wall. Stunning arrays of yellows spread out across the side of the building forming large bubbles outlined with a deep sunset orange. Weaving in between the bubbles were vines of turquoise and teal, purple thorns poking out in between large blue and pink carnations. Lastly, slightly off-center was the centerpiece of the magical art: a black silhouette of a female warrior holding up a phone instead of a sword and a book instead of a shield. She looked to be ready for war.
Truly magical.
Fundi had never been more wrong.
He was glad he didn't stay in the lair.
He had never been so enthralled in his life—outside of a fight of course.
This is what art was!
That first experience of Michelangelo's art sparks a new adoration for the turtle in Fundi. Now, whenever Michelangelo threw on those old black baggy graffiting clothes Fundi felt his stomach churn with anticipation. He'd drop whatever he was doing just to follow Michelangelo out on his night graffiti trips. Each new piece of art was different. Unique. Unmatched by anyone else.
And tonight was no different.
A surreal fantasy world opened up before him. A sky of deep midnight blues and royal purples, speckled with countless starts and adorned with gigantic pink, purple and orange planets. The orange planet was the biggest, taking up most of the sky with two red rings circling it. A small black spaceship was flying along one of the rings, a trail of bright neon blue left behind. And a person in white hovered above the rocky red grounding at the forefront like a ghost. A gasmask around their face, long silver hair floating in the anti-gravity air. Colours of crimson and black outlined them in a bright glow. They were watching, waiting for the spaceship that was miles away.
Fundi couldn't take his eyes off it. The longer he stared at it the more he felt from the graffiti. The longing from the person in white. The awe of the vastness of space. The thrill of an incoming adventure as the spaceship came into view.
The art was profound.
The art was endless.
The art was magical.
Only Michelangelo could've painted such a piece.
Looking at it, Fundi felt himself grow closer to the turtle more and more.
This is his new favourite of Michelangelo's art.
Fundi approached slowly. He reached out to drape his arm over the young turtle only for it to pass right through him. Michelangelo shuddered as he whipped out his phone and took a pic of his work.
"What should I call it?" The young turtle asked absentmindedly, not realizing that there was someone listening to him.
"Hmm?" Fundi pondered. "Space wonder? The orange planet? Awaiting adventure? Planetary journey? Orbital?—"
"Orbital ghost!" Both Fundi and Michelangelo said at the same time.
Fundi gasped. "I knew I had telepathy!"

The Spirits' reactions to the Mystic Library Mikey's echo scene.
Click here for Part 1 of Fundi.
Somehow knows exactly what Mikey is thinking at all times. Which can get really creepy.
Insists one day he will be able to communicate telepathically with Mikey.
Fundi takes no time to practice with the weapons he inhabits, making him the only spirit who cannot use his own weapon.
However, when Mikey weilds the Kusari-Fundo, Mikey and Fundi are the most in sync with each other.
He found out he can skateboard if he stands on the board with the Kusari-Fundo between his feet and the skateboard he normally couldn't stand on.
Fundi can form himself with normal eyes, like the others, but prefures to keep his bright firey eyes.
However, when something is really wrong with him— whether he's suffering another flash of memory or is stressed (see P1 for more)— the fire in his eyes will die down to either a tiny flicker or even go out complete, depending on how stressed he is.
Fundi will encourage Mikey— or anyone for that matter— to do something stupid or dangerous or chaotic.
Ultimate prankster.
Cannot be left alone. Ever.
Oda and Tonfa are glad Mikey can't see or hear Fundi, they'd be scared for the young turtle's saftey otherwise.
Honestly, there is nothing Fundi can do at this point that will surprise Oda. Fundi knows this so tries his utmost to surprise Oda... It hasn't worked... yet.
Tonfa can never find it in him to tell Fundi off or yell at him for any trouble he causes.
Oda will glare silently at Fundi until the awkwardness gets to Fundi and he caves and apologises for whatever he did.
Oda has no problem in finding creative punishments for Fundi.
Oda finds it all too easy to find something Fundi hates, keeping it in mind for a time when he can use it against Fundi.
Punishments such as: being forced to sit next to Spliter and watch all the dramas/adverts he watches; forced to clean the Kusari-Fundo; forced to meditate while the turtles are having fun— fun he wants to be involved in.
Nicknames: Fundi / Kuso / Funari
AU info here
(Or probably in better terms, more Canon Compliant than AU..?)
Unpredictable, wild and hectic, Fundi is always eager to get into some action, sometimes going a little too out of control for Mikey.
However, Fundi eventually settles down once he finds out that Mickey is also kinda all over the place with his gymnastic-type fighting and fun-spirited nature.
Fundi loves pranking the other spirits and causing trouble.
Fundi loves it when Mikey goes into Dr Delicate-Touch mode.
Don't let anyone ever tell him to put out his fire or dim his light, or Fundi will not hesitate to whoop their arse.
Fundi's formless self consists of a flaming head appearing on the spiked ball at the end. Before taking on Mikey's form he used to whizz around but could only get as far as his chain would allow, since the end of the kusari-fundo was attached to the weapons wall. He hated being tied down.
Fundi doesn't mind what Mikey uses him for, as long as he gets to do something and not sit around all day.
Fundi is the only one who can somewhat be heard and seen by the turtles, but this only happens when he's super hyped. All the turtles see is a raging face of fire laughing maniacally.
Fundi respects/fears Oda. Especially when Oda goes quiet because then Fundi knows he has pushed Oda too far.
Fundi loves chatting with Tonfa, to Oda's and Hal's annoyance.
Fundi was the first spirit to take on his wielder's form. Tonfa was next and, reluctantly— and only because he missed having a body— Oda took on Leo's form last.
Fundi could never understand Hal's passiveness and reluctance to do anything.
Fundi doesn't have any previous memories and the others are a little too scared to find out who he was before he was attached to the Kusari-Fundo.
However, Fundi does get flashes of old memories occasionally, and by his reaction the others know these aren't good memories.
These flashes of old memories cause panic attacks, nightmares and make him act uncharacteristically. However, he often forgets the flash of memory soon after.
Sometimes Fundi goes suddenly quiet and still — worrying Tonfa who knows that this uncharacteristic behavior of his is due to something weighing heavy on him.
Fundi talks opening to both Tonfa and Oda. He knows that Tonfa offers support, while Oda offers blunt answers. Both are very helpful.
Like Tonfa, Fundi sees the others as his brothers. He enjoys being seen as the youngest, as this often means he can get away with trouble.

Gotta say, your Rise Seperated AU is so clever and such a fascinating concept. Yoinking the turtles from the Bad Endings of various branches off of the main timeline? Genius, I love it.
Can we see some more of your Seperated AU Mikey? Also, how old is everyone in this AU? Like, what age were each of them when Mikey rescued them?
Thank you so much! X3
Leo's age is a mystery, cuz the guy kind of stopped counting after so many years on his own.
However, he does know for a fact that he was around 32 when he and Casey Jr. took down the Technodrome, so he's somewhere around that age range.
I don't actually have a lot of things on Mikey just yet.
I do however have these concept doodles I made when first coming up with the AU idea.
He doesn't wear his mask anymore cuz of his hair, and I'm trying to come up with a place to put it in his design. I kinda like the idea that he uses it to pull back his hair like with the bow thing here.
Idk, still finalizing on designs, but whatever XD
LOVE this! 🧡🧡🧡
art colab I did with @mangomaars
They did a sketch. I colored and rendered.
Make a little redraw of that scene where Mikey close the portal in the krang face because it was just *chef kiss*✨
Also little speed paint to 😉
I also believe that Leo looks genuinely concerned in the first image and once he hurt Donnie, especially with the sweat droplets on his forehead. Of course it can be argued that he expressed these emotions on purpose, having shown his acting skills in previous episodes, as well as being the face man.
Futhermore, with the head cannon of Leo being the medic, makes it highly unlikely Leo would intentionally injure one of his brothers, let alone Donnie as a softshell turtle. If The hc was canon, then Leo would have grown up treating his brothers' injuries, even if they were never that serious. However, since Donnie is a softshell and bruises easilier, all of his brothers would want to be more careful to not hurt him.
Thus, makes it more probable that Leo did not intentionally hurt Donnie.
An ongoing debate within the fandom is whether or not Leo fell on purpose during the episode Lair Games
Leo: Donnie? Donnie are you okay?
Donnie: You did this! You’ll do anything to win! My ankle! My moment!
Some people have said that Leo might have fallen on purpose in order to win due to his competitive nature while others have said that Leo looked too surprised at Splinter declaring him the winner of the event to have fallen on purpose.
Splinter: Purple hit the ground first! Blue wins!
Other arguments used for Leo having not fallen on purpose are that the fall most likely hurt for Leo as well as Donnie & that Leo would never intentionally actually hurt a family member considering how important family is to Leo. A counter argument for this have been people saying that Leo didn’t mean to hurt Donnie by falling & that was the only part that was an accident.
However there is a piece of evidence that might mean that Leo did not fall on purpose & that is his family thinking that he did do it on purpose.
Mikey: And that’s when Leo fell, or did he?
April: So you think he did it on purpose?
Mikey: [Nods]
Donnie: It was Leo! He did it on purpose!
Leo: I’m only talking to you to set the record straight, I didn’t do it on purpose! I mean how could I? I had half a fridge on my chin!
Donnie: I’m sorry can I have a moment?
In the episode Lair Games most of the Hamato Clan seem convinced that Leo fell on purpose with Donnie & Mikey even saying so & April arguably taking Donnie’s side in the interviews. However a running gag within Rise is that whenever one of Leo’s family members try to make assumptions on what Leo’s doing we’re shown Leo doing basically the opposite of what they’ve just said.
Raph: Hey! Where’s Leo?
Mikey: I’m sure wherever he is, he’s trying to save us
Raph: Leo probably talked his way straight into Big Mamma’s dungeon
Whenever Leo’s family tries to predict what Leo will do, Leo’s family is almost always wrong whenever they try to assume Leo’s actions. In contrast when Leo tries to guess his families actions, he is almost always right.
Leo: Look I bet the only reason we’re here right now is ‘cause Donnie inputted coordinates of blah blah blah
Donnie: After inputting Shredder’s previous coordinates on the X-Y-Z and D for Donnie axis, I have calculated that this is the sight of our final resting spot. I mean go team?
Leo: Mikey Razzed his Tazz
Mikey: Whip-o-Rama!
Leo: April finally used her crane license
April: ‘Why would you get a crane license April?’ BECAUSE THIS!
Leo: And Raph is going to put it all together in a plan to defeat that led head with this mystic collar
Raph: Wow Leo that’s remarkably accurate
Raph: He’s back. Prepare for Operation Fire, Hanky, Tickle, Collar!
Leo: Yeah!
It is a slight running gag in Rise is that Leo is able to predict his families actions to a near perfect degree but whenever his family try to predict or assume Leo’s actions they are almost always wrong to a near comical degree, meaning that Leo’s family assuming he fell on purpose in the episode Lair Games might actually be evidence that Leo fell by accident instead.
It's da boi Mikey!!🧡🧡🧡 I love this boi, his energy is great 😂
