I actually haven’t watched Sailor Moon yet but I couldn’t help myself it is such a classic and that hair is iconic (*^◯^*) I think this is actually Princes Serenity (・Д・)

p.s the references of dress had a lot of different variations so I just combined my favorite parts of the dress :3

I am so thankful! This has the most likes of any piece I have ever made.
