Father: Rody's always looked up to his father. Admired how hard he worked and how he took care of him and his siblings. He was a kind soul -haha- and Rody wanted to be just like him. After his dad left, all that admiration kinda went out the window. He resented him. He was angry and upset that their own dad could just up and leave them with no warning. To leave Rody with the duty of providing for what little family they have left.
After the events of Humarise, there's a new mix of emotions stirring within Rody. The admiration for his dad is definitely back, seeing as the guy was forced to work for the organization and never wanted to leave them to begin with- he left to keep their family safe. Rody would have done the same to protect his siblings. But now Rody also feels some kind of guilt... Itās a hard feeling to describe, but he feels bad that heās hated his dad for such a long time when he was still good all along. And now heās dead. Here Rody was, shoving his dad to the back of his mind all these years, and now heās come to find out the truth. It sucks.
Mother: Holds literally no grudges against her. She was lovely and brightened up any room she was in and balanced out Rodyās father perfectly. She was funny. Rody only knew her in his younger years, and absolutely adored her. The family was obviously heart broken after her passing, but kept her memory alive. The grief has lessened over the years, but sometimes it still hits hard. Especially when he thinks about how little time his siblings got to spend with her. Well for Lala, it was basically no time at all. Rody desperately wishes that Lala could have grown up around a mother-like figure. He can only do so much on his own, and he knows that having someĀ āgirl-timeā would be nice for her. Heās glad that she can get that time with friends now, but itās still not the same.))
š¾ - Yes Pino is a pet
x š¾ - Do they have any pets?
((Yeah, ya know, Pino definitely is just a pet. Very rare pink bird ya know. A finch- a warbler. A pretty girl. Nothing else. Small little bundle of joy and soft feathers that people adore and will give affection to any time of day.))
š§āš¤āš§(A truly valid question I believe)
x
š§āš¤āš§ - Do they have any siblings?
((hMmM i WONDER.... I will answer anyway
Yes! Rody has a little brother and sister named Roro and Lala! Lala is the youngest of the three siblings. Since they don't have canon ages, I like to think that Rody is around 6 years older than Roro, and Roro is around 4/5 years older than Lala. š¤ Math is hard-))

Rody was basically curling in on himself with guilt. The other wasnāt even... questioning him... He trusted him that much? Damn it. Pino noticeably drooped like a withering plant. His heart felt like it was being yanked this way and that as he listened to the blonde talk about his own family.
āIām sure your family knew right away that you were innocent.ā He glanced back at the phonebooth, gray eyes searching for blue.Ā āI understand needing to hear a loved oneās voice in a situation like this. My little sister and brother are waiting for me back at home. Just hearing their voices would ease my worries.ā If only they had a phone back at their trailer. He would have called them over the cops.
Rody looked up at the boy in front of him, biting his bottom lip in nervousness.Ā āYouāre right.ā He stood up, case in hand, looking towards the sound of the helicopter. It was getting closer.Ā āThereās some tall grass around here. Maybe we can lay down and they wonāt notice.ā The phonebooth could have also sufficed, but Rody knew he would have to wave the helicopter down and didnāt want his accomplice in plain sight in a glass box.
Rody was the one who called the cops. He didnāt want the other involved in what could possibly go down.
He gestured to a tall patch of grass farther away from where they currently stood.Ā āGo hide over there. Iāll go over here.ā He vaguely gestured in the opposite direction, starting to walk to his hiding area.

Tired... Neito was just so tired.
It all started late last night. After being flown to the small nation of Otheon with the troublemaking students of Class 1-A, Neito already knew that somehow things were going to go wrong. It all started with a bank robbery that the other students instantly rushed into. Honestly, Neito almost let them handle it to finish their required task. After all, bringing back food and supplies back to the base was actually important, no matter how much Bakugou moaned and complained over it.
Before Neito could stop himself, he found himself running towards the situation. Neito and Izuku left the two attacking robbers to Todoroki and Bakugou, while they both persued the running man with a briefcase. While Izuku was brash, running directly for the escaping man, Neito instead watched him with careful eyes. With a bit of street savviness, Neito slipped into a leaving train. Thankfully, just a few minutes later, so did their suspect. Neito could see Midoriya in the distance, but before he could start running towards the train, a rather irritated looking train conductor quickly yanked him off the train tracks. Before Midoriya could pursue them, the train was long gone.
Watching the brown haired suspect take a sigh of relief, Neito couldnāt help but laugh, waving his hand towards the other,Ā āI suppose you think you got away? I wouldn't get so comfortable if I were you.ā
Wow.... that all felt so recent. Blinking his tired eyes, Neito quickly remembered everything else- the briefcase being empty of any sort of treasure and just filled with important paperwork. Being chased by the police, using Todorokiās quirk to escape while keeping everyone safe in the process. After jumping into the water, Neito quickly ditched his phone and began walking. Quickly, the quirks that were once filled in his body were gone. Leaving the blond basically quirkless and defenseless.
Thatās what led to him and the other male now trying to sleep in a barn. Neito wasnāt sure how the bird in front of him could keep up with them all day- the blond was sure he didnāt see the creature eat or drink. However, Neito didnāt have the energy to ponder that aloud. Instead, with a single hand on the briefcase, Neito fell into in a deep sleep. After all, he was just so exhausted.
Click.
He had just finished his phone call with the police, hanging the phone back up with a deep sigh. Shouldnāt he feel relieved that this mess would be over with soon? Why did he still feel so... anxious?
Rody jumped at the familiar voice, quickly turning around as his whole being filled with guilt. He was gripping the briefcase as he stepped out of the phonebooth, glancing between him and the pink bird that would not shut up.Ā
āEr- sorry about that.ā A smile was forced upon his face. āI didnāt want to wake you. Iāll let you know next time, for sure.ā Rody shifted uncomfortably, taking a small step away from the other. This was... awkward. For him at least. Here he was calling the cops to hand the case over, when they had specifically talked about NOT doing that. He was really hoping, that by some small chance, his accomplice wouldnāt ask why he had the case or who he had called. The latter could be lied about. The former? What kind of excuse could he possibly make for that?
āWell, you can head back to the barn.ā Please.Ā āIām gonna stay out here a bit longer. The stars are nice away from the city, and the fresh air calms me down.ā Rody planted himself on the ground, sitting with the case.Ā āAgain, sorry for worrying you. It wonāt happen again.ā And it wouldnāt, since this would all be over soon. Rody could just barely hear a helicopter in the far distance.

Running, running, running.Ā Thatās all theyāve been doing. Thatās all his brain has been doing. This whole situation was extremely stressful; the police and even villains chasing after them- seriously-Ā what the hell was up with this case?
He wanted to go home. Thatās all Rody could really think about. His stomach twisted and turned at the thought of his siblings home alone with no one to take care of them. They were fairly capable on their own but... he promised he wouldnāt leave them. What could they be thinking right now? It was well past their bedtime; were they in bed? Or were they still waiting for their older brother to come home?
Rody had made up his mind before he and the blonde settled down to sleep. The judgmental look Pino shot his way before he started drifting off filled him with more guilt. But he had to go through with the plan. He had to. For them.
Heavy gray eyes slowly opened after a few hours of rest. Even in his dreams, his family took all importance. That was enough to set the plan in motion.
The brunette sat up, quietly making his way over to where the blonde was sleeping. It looked like he was out cold. Good. He carefully grabbed hold of the briefcase and slid it out from under the boyās hand. Now all he had to do was get out of here-
Piiiiiiiii! Pi! Pi! Piiiiii!
Rody hushed the bird in a panic. Everything was going so smoothly before his personal alarm went off. He dodged and rushed past her, running away from the barn as quickly as he could in the direction of the phone booth they had passed earlier on in the night. He knew he was on limited time thanks to Pino.
Back at the barn, Pino was chirping up a storm to wake up their accomplice. She was being as loud as she could, flapping her wings to blow wind in the heroās face as well.
