Find your tribe in a Sea of Creativity
We found a book, but nothing to open it with.
We also met a bunch of chatty ogres, and I intend to ask them for help.
Why not.
Lae'zel is nervous.
At least someone is kind.
... Ouch.
We had an uninvited visitor ...
... found bone daddy ...
... and had a very brief chat with an Owlbear. I didn't fight her. It didn't seem right.
We saw through the illusion at the swamp, but didn't yet go there.
We freed a gnome (despite the fact that I almost got the wrong lever ...) ...
... and walked in on a situation. Sadly, they were so unamused I had no choice but to attack.
And at the end, we woke up to a set of very sharp teeth. Because he told us he'll be able to fight better, we let him drink. A little.
We successfully rescued a tiefling child from harpies ...
... recruited the Blade of Frontiers ...
... and got abducted by a devil.
We also freed Sazza successfully,
... adopted a dog ...
... and found Karlach!
Then, wisely, we went after those paladins she's after. Those are level 5. I'm level 3. BUT ... it worked out. Maybe using a guide would spare me my nerves.
We also got very poisoned in the cellar afterwards (tends to happen when the person who can disarm traps is staying home), but we've grabbed all we could carry and ... that will have to do for today.
So far, no incidents to speak of. Let's hope our luck holds. (I have been incredibly lucky with my dice so far, I have to say.)
I want the golden dice. I haven't tried Tactician and I don't have a guide. Yes, I know this is a bad idea and I'll need one eventually.
ANYWAY, meet Black Water, borrowed from Heaven Official's Blessing because Honour Mode needs a) pragmatic character and b) someone who can die and come back because I want to do this with one person.
In that vein, the first autosave is secured elsewhere. This is the only time I'm doing it, I just don't want to go back to character creation.
Let's see how this goes.
