summary: Finn wanted to take you to a Honeysuckle garden and finally decided to shoot his shot.

a/n: I'm back from my about three month break!

"I'm so excited!" You said as you grabbed Finn's hand. Finn had asked you if you wanted to have a date at a new Honeysuckle garden he helped set up and you were absolutely ecstatic. He laughed a little at your excitement for flowers. Nobody he's ever met has been this excited about flowers as much as him, whenever he brought up plants to others they found it kind of annoying or they just sounded very interested. Once you guys got to the gate he pushed it open. "After you, love." He said as you smiled at him and walked in, him coming in after you went in. As you and him looked around the garden your hands grazed each other, making you both look up at each other and laugh softly. "Oh! I just remembered,Follow me I wanna show you something!" He said as he started to run, making you run behind him. You finally catch up with him, completely out of breath. "What did you want to show me." You spoke wheezily. As you looked up for a response your eyes were met with a beautiful sight, a huge Honeysuckle tree. "Finn..this is.. beautiful." You said, taken aback from how majestic the tree was. "I planted it a few years ago. I told myself I would only let one person see it who I hold close to my heart." You looked at him, with tears in your eyes. "S..sunflower? You okay you look upset did I say something wron-" He was cut off by you giving him a tight hug. "It's perfect." He pulls you away from him gently. "Then why are you crying?" He giggles softly. "I'm crying because the tree has so much meaning to it and you're sharing it with someone dear to you. I don't feel like I deserve that titl-" Before you could finish your sappy words Finn cupped both sides of your face and kissed your lips. You stood there in complete shock. There was a moment of silence as he kissed you and you rested in that moment, everything felt like it was paused. The birds had suddenly stopped chirping and there was a perfect breeze that made some of the Honeysuckles fall to the ground, some of them landing into both of your hair. The moment finally came to an end as you looked at each other in the eyes, and laughed. "You got a little something in your hair." He said as he plucked a Honeysuckle from your hair "So do you." You said as you also took one out of his hair. You placed them on the flower and finally sat down, putting your head on his shoulder. This felt like one of those moments that was meant to be cherished forever.
