Sorry, I'm crazy

I actually think Fresh won't be staying in this body for long because, you know, "gross". And the injection probably makes the SOUL taste lousy, etc… oh yeah, and he'll have to experience the injection himself, which he probably won't like either, so he'll probably even run away from Lust. Bad experience for both of them.
