So Dragons: Nine realms is kinda bad but the idea of a modern world in the httyd universe sounds cool. I have ideas starting with the main character's Dragon not being a Night Light so here's a fan species I made for a protagonist I haven't designed yet:
I like him.
He's a Shrink Shriek, and his species name is self-explanatory. They fire sonic blasts and can mimic other dragons' calls. They can also change size, but shrinking is easier than growing, so they are more likely to be small. They are generally mischievous scavengers and like to steal trinkets and stash them.
also, who's excited for the live action HTTYD?! I know I am!
It's kinda sad that Tom Kullersen wasn't even given a birthday... ☠️
My poor girl's back must be in a lot of pain from carrying the weight of the whole ass series
