Repost if you’re a teen with an active @na blog
(I need @nas my age to relate to 💔)
The dream is to be so sk1nn1 it's obvious even when I'm wearing warm clothes...
c@l log - 07/05/25 exam today so I wanted to make sure I’m properly fuelled.
07:30 - toast (150), scrambled eggs (200), butter (70), apple and ginger juice (75)
ugh my mum made me go out to nando’s with her and she ordered for me, i just don’t have the mental strength to refuse to eat and upset her.
13:10 - chicken burger (530), chips (450), ketchup (20), lemonade (100)
16:10 - 50 minute walk and ran a tiny bit. my leg muscles are so useless and my bones are weak so it's really hard for me to run without pain.
19:40 - chicken sausages (180), mushrooms (20), tomatoes (30), potatoes (180). blood orange (70) and chocolate (900).
such a b1nge on chocolate, i feel disgusting. i need to get better at saying no to food
total cals - 2445
please please send m34nsp0 i need to lock tf in
c4l log - 12/05/25
10:00 - went on a bike ride, a long one, and burnt 317 c4ls. i don't even feel d1zzy or hungry?
13:35 - wrap with hummus, parmesan and tomato (267)
13:50 - crisps (199), orange (62)
my mum asked if i wanted to go to the gym and i originally said no, but then i was hit by like a wave of guilt and feeling sick? thanks @n@! so i decided to go. burnt 82 c4ls on the stair master and then did some lazy leg and ab workouts because my brother was distracting me.
i honestly think it’s so much easier to burn off the c4ls than not 34t them in the first place.
20:20 - pasta (140), meatballs (413), broccoli (20), strawberries (30)
total = 734
study log - 08/05/25
09:10 - history source question tutoring session
chilled at the library with my friend and did about three hours of studying, working on memorising my history essays
My name is Rosanna and I've made this account to keep track of my d1et1ng and study habits over this exam season.
I hope to get straight A's in these exams, and lose 6kg over the next three weeks.
I would love to have some mutuals on here!
honestly remembering this is so important as part of your wl journey.
hi 4n4’s,
i have no way of counting steps, but i walk for about 50 minutes everyday, does anyone have an estimate of how many steps that would be?
i keep seeing people on here saying you should do 10k steps but i don’t know how much that would be?

ugh so after I posted this my mum made me eat more, which is so annoying. I don't want to argue with her because things have been really good between us lately, but I also don't want to gain.
Easy changes you can implement that probably won't draw too much attention to you, but will make a noticeable difference if you are patient. So much of the w31ghtl0ss advice I see on here is so drastic and difficult, so here are some things you can do for minimal effort.
switch to zero sugar versions of energy drinks, just say that you prefer the taste.
if offered food always ask for a small slice/portion, say you're not hungry but it looks so good
Go for a walk every single day, just say you feel restless and need to get out more
stand on one leg while you brush your teeth, wait for the kettle to boil, any small things like that
walk around the house whenever you're on the phone/brushing teeth/listening to music
try and not sit down, unless you're studying or sleeping or eating with your family you should be standing up
put tiny exercises into your daily routine so that the habits become queued. Do ten squats while you make your tea/do a plank before you get in the shower, do 15 star jumps before you do your skincare
buy a water bottle with a straw and take it around with you. it is so much easier to drink because you just sit there with the straw in your mouth. I started doing this a few months ago and I drink like 4L a day
