Mirror Watch WidowMaker AKA Captain Lacroix is not only HOT but also…The Backstory🗿🔥

Okay, so awhile back I wrote a post about what if Gérard was alive and they had this cute “imma kill you yet I miss you so much” dynamic and then with Mirror Watch introduced along with Captain Lacroix and her dialogue about Gérard being ALIVE and her and I quote-

“I can’t wait to tell Gérard about this!” That…That’s adorable. Now, I have some IDEAS ABOUT THIS!

The first thing I thought about this is “omg they work together?!” Like, that would be kinda cute, he’s the info guy in her ear and she’s the lady on a mission while lightly chatting up her husband, like that’s adorable! Gérard definitely gave me the vibe that he didn’t work on the field but he was definitely the information guy BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN THE GUY DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO FIGHT! I could totally see the two on an occasion where they’re on a mission together and completely OWNING TALON.

Then…the Angsty Idea. I know WidowMaker traded places with Ana but what if in this world of MirrorWatch there IS gonna be a WidowMaker that isn’t just Ana…But we just haven’t seen it yet.

Picture this, Captain Lacroix is a revered agent in Overwatch, to the point it’s getting on Talon’s nerves, they can’t seem to get their hands on her, she’s untouchable, taking out people important to their plans, left and right with a shot of a bullet. But what if instead of setting sights on her they set sights on her clueless husband, Gérard Lacroix. A well known and esteemed violinist, whose life was music but whose life was also dedicated and devoted to his wife…you might see where I am going with this.

My proposal for this version of WidowMaker is…Serpent.

An artist reshaped into a deadly assassin who deals with espionage, who can go into a party filled with wealthy business people and politicians and act charming and charismatic to get the info he needs and before he goes he deals with the target with poisons so deadly it’s almost undetectable.

He acts charming and filled with life at parties but he’s a stone faced assassin in private who fills no emotion…not even when killing. He sheds his skin for another, going from one identity to the next. He wants to feel something, so badly but a part of him died when Amélie Lacroix passed away…how could he ever feel again for what he was done to her?

THE DRAMA! I love the idea! I wish I could draw this out but I am not the greatest at drawing detailed designs like the Overwatch characters have, but I will figure that out! I had this idea for quite awhile, is this original? Hell nah, I just really like it and would be awesome if there was more content of this TRAGIC LOVE STORY..or just how cute it was or could be if Amélie was never taken!

The Knight loomed over the kingdom it watched over. Wishing to be apart of that world again. To be just that as their namesake…a Knight.

Dedicated to protecting the people of this realm, of this kingdom of green and white. How the trees give shade to the people, how the white ivory roads could be seen when the Knight tilted their head just right, where the run shined on the surface. Up above in this lonely castle, all the Knight could ever do was watch. And wait…wait, then wait some more…until time ran out of sand.

The Knight hated just being in the castle, the castle was fine on its own, a beautiful, big structure which dares almost touch the heavens if they dare exist, it’s a beautiful home…just not their home. Their world, not something they were made for, not something they ever wanted. They wanted to be down and there and protect, to be connected to the nature and to its people. Yet here the Knight was. Looming, like a guard dog.

The more they watched the people the less alone the Knight felt. No one else was here but them. No maids or staff, no butlers or ladies in waiting, not even another guard or even royalty…the Knight was all alone in the abandoned spire that reached to the clouds above. All alone. Protecting what? They sighed as they moved from the balcony to the throne room. Protecting their friends last wish.

“I know this is too much to ask of you, please protect the castle…protect it until I return. I can’t explain it all my dear Knight. Just please. I beg of you, protect it with all your might and will.”

Damn them and their loyalty as the Knight would’ve been gone long ago without it, they’re bored out of their mind and sad at being away from what they love so much, which was life itself. Yet, they know that protecting this place would protect what they truly love. Though this friend was quite a handful, they spoke no lies before.

Yet as the Knight waited. The Knight felt more alone, yet also comfortable here, but there was always a want, a need to go home.

“Just a bit longer.” The Knight said, waiting and waiting as they sat at the stairs leading up to the ivory throne. Waiting, waiting…waiting.

True!

But you have to remember you can’t dwell on what you lost! You have to keep moving forward!

Sides when your a adult you can watch whatever you want! Even if it’s for kids your a adult! If you want a happy meal go right ahead it’s your money! If you want to fucking thrown a snowball at someone, RUN GO HIDE-

Though it’s cheesy you have to stay positive and keep on living!

When you’re a child, you just want to be an adult and when you’re finally an adult, you just want to be a child.

Was There Once Life On Mars?  Our Perseverance Rover Aims to Find Out

Our Perseverance mission is set to launch on Thursday, July 30 and could help answer many longstanding astrobiology questions about Mars. The mission will deliver our Perseverance rover to the Martian surface, and this powerful rover is equipped with a multitude of tools to study the planet’s environment and to answer questions about whether or not the Red Planet could have had life in the past.

In preparation for launch, our Astrobiology Program is releasing a new update to Issue #2 of the graphic history series, Astrobiology: The Story of our Search for Life in the Universe. This new, fourth edition tells the tale of our exploration of Mars in relation to astrobiology.

The history of our exploration of Mars is full of struggle and triumph. Mars is a dangerous and difficult planet to visit, with frigid temperatures, damaging dust storms, low gravity, and a thin atmosphere. Despite the challenges, NASA missions have opened our eyes to a world that was much more Earth-like in its past, with environments that contained all the necessary conditions for life as we know it.

Issue #2 tells the complete history of our endeavours on Mars, from the Mariner missions to Viking and Pathfinder to Curiosity. In this fourth edition, you’ll find  details on the Perseverance rover and its journey to search for ancient signs and signatures of life that could once and for all tell us whether or not life gained a foothold on the ancient Red Planet.

Perseverance will also drill into Martian rocks and collect samples that will one day be returned to Earth by a future Mars Sample Return mission. The samples will be stored in special containers and carefully ‘cached’ in a location on Mars where they will be easily accessible for retrieval. These samples will allow astrobiologists to perform detailed experiments that robots are not yet able to undertake remotely.

The 70 year old man is not surprised by the reactions but rather amused.

As he took a seat at the most sacred table of assassins he looked not at the other lesser assassins but only looked straight at the head mancho himself, Brutus Kong.

Brutus Kong was a big burly man who wore a black fukumen. The only thing visible were his eyes, which were abnormal compared to anyone else eyes to say the least. When the old man looked straight into Brutus Kongs eyes mostly everyone assumed Brutus would tell him to buzz off.

But the ones that truly knew him knew what he was about to do. Brutus then stood up and walked towards the man, their eyes never faltering from one another’s gaze then when the mighty assassin was in front of the old man he only bowed his head and said words no one expected...

“Welcome Sensei, I’m glad you could make it here...shall we begin?”

Everyone’s gazed turned back to the old man who only smiled at Brutus and spoke lightly towards all.

“We shall, let us begin why we are all here today...”

He then all of sudden jumped onto the sacred table pulling out a blade of amber.

“Let us see who will see the gods today”

In all but what seemed to be one measly second all of the assassins were down on the ground. Dead.

Only leaving three alive. Brutus. The old man and most importantly...the chosen one.

Once a year, the best assassins meet in a secret location. Showing their best kills, everyone is surprised when they see a 70 year old man walk in.
