Luffy cant stay still for very long. He could easily move zoro off of him himself (Nami definitely can not move zoro) but he doesn't want to wake zoro up
I am finally writing the fic that goes along with this beautiful commission. I could not be happier with it and greatly appreciate Bei for drawing it for me. I still can't stop admiring it, it's so good. I definitely plan to commission again in the future.

Zoro doesn't mind being Luffy's husband he just wants to have a discussion before Luffy just decides these things.
In Luffy's defense, pirate marriage is probably different as they don't do anything legally anyways.
