Israel had shut off water and electricity from Gaza 110 days ago. One hundred and ten days ago. Most of us would literally not survive this long without clean water and electricity. Look around you right now and tell me how many things in your vicinity depend on electricity. Are you able to imagine a life without uninterrupted access to water? I still remember the old lady who was interviewed in a tent who said "the question you should be asking me is how long ago was the last time I showered".
To know that millions of people have their literal life spans, their movement, their access to water, when they can eat, what and how much they can eat, when and how often they can shower, how and where they sleep - to have it all be controlled and dictated for them while also, simultaneously, the mere idea of providing them with aid is "out of everyone's hands"?
There are fucking miles of aid trucks, filled with essentials, that are stopped right outside of Gaza at the Rafah border, while people inside of Gaza are freezing and starving and dreaming of clean water to drink. How does this not infuriate you?
Fuck Israel and every nation that enables and emboldens it.
Palestinian women and girls are actively being denied uterine and gynecological care. they have to use tent remnants as tampons and pads. they’re also getting infections as well. israel is actively denying them humanity. they have 0 access to care they need.

Today in Khan Yunis! This might be our last call, we are dying! Gaza is completely collapsing! Everything in it collapses. There were dozens of raids and three hospitals were besieged in Khanyounis: Al-Amal Hospital affiliated with the Red Crescent, Al-Khair Private Hospital, and Nasser Medical Complex, the largest health institution in the Gaza Strip. People killed in the bombing were buried on front of our eyes in the hospital yard due to tanks blockading the streets, the wounded were on the ground without treatment and there was not enough medical staff! Massacres are still being committed On the 109th day of the war, Khan Yunis, the largest governorate in the Gaza Strip and the one that receives the most displaced people, is under bombardment, and the number of displaced people in Rafah is more than one and a half million people, in an area of 151 square kilometers!! We are facing hepatitis and intestinal diseases in the southern Gaza Strip, and starvation to death in the northern Gaza Strip! I'm never forgetting the Palestinian babies that were left to starve to death then rot in their beds by the IOF.
I'm never forgetting the Palestinian doctors surrounded by bodies of dead children begging the world to stop the slaughter.
I'm never forgetting the Palestinian children who held a press conference in English to beg the world to stop murdering them because they want to live.
I'm never forgetting the Palestinian Priest who said "We will not accept your apology after the genocide" to the world.
I'm never forgetting the Palestinian Imam who used the speakers of the Mosque, not to call people to prayer but to call out to God while the world around them was burning from American supplied Israeli bombs.
I'm never forgetting the grandfather who held his dead grandchild in his arms. Or the father carrying the remains of his two children in plastic shopping bags. Or the young boy who was shot in the street while his sister watched from the window. Or the men and boys who were stripped naked in winter. Or those tortured. Or those made to stand in open graves. Or the people who were raped by IOF soldiers. Or Palestinian workers kidnapped by the IOF and then labeled with wristbands, each one reduced to a number, then made to walk back to Gaza to be killed in the world's largest open air concentration camp. Or the people of Gaza starving because Israeli Zionists are blocking aid trucks. Or the Israelis dancing and celebrating the death of Palestinians. Or the lies spread by Zionists and their supporters. Or the people profiting off the oppression and deaths of Palestinians. Or the people of the West Bank being killed or kidnapped by the IOF. Or old woman who was older than the creation of the terror state of "Israel" who was shot by snipers for saying that. Or the Israelis dressed up as Palestinians to enter a hospital and kill three Palestinians in their beds. Or every single Palestinian currently kept in an Israeli prison. Or the journalists, doctors, poets, men, women, children, and the unborn all massacred. Or the fact that WCNSF exists now. Or the woman who refused to wash the blood from her hands. Or the dead, unburied and unmourned.
I'm never forgetting those who chose silence in the face of a genocide.
I may not know all their names but I will not forget the over 30,000 Palestinians dead. Or the over 60, 000 people hurt. Or the unknown number of people missing, still lost under the rubble. Or the 12,000 children slaughtered. An entire generation crippled or murdered.
I will never forget these things when Palestine is free.
It’s still happening. The genocide is still happening and we as humans can’t continue to let this slide by, while everyday lives are taken. Something must give.

Hussam distributed the toys to the kids! He said everyone was so excited for them, that even the older kids got jealous and he bought another hundred toys and extended the ages to receive toys to 3-13.

If you are on the side of Israel I want you to reflect yourself. Why is Netanyahu doing this? I know your history. Jews did not have a place to call home, but is taking someone elses home really the answer?
Take a look at yourself and why everyone hates Israel so much. If I can do it for my own country so can you.
Ask yourself why does the IDF (Israel Defense Force) use white phosphorous, a weapon that burns from skin to bone.
Why do they keep the occupation and Israeli settlers around the land that does not belong to them?
Why do people who live in Israel are REQUIRED to join IDF. The army. As Israel is using their citiziens as meat shields. Friends in IDF have fought and died- and for what? Stealing peoples land? Killing citizens?
The ones who dictate what 'warcrime' is, are the winners of war.
Also for the ones who are spreading awareness, don't give up! You are doing great!
Don't give in to the face of despair, people who've been doing this since 1948 to 2023 should feel proud that they are fighting for the right thing. Even if it's small. Even if you start JUST NOW. You are doing what most people would never do.
There are still people who refuse to educate themselves.
There are still people who think that peoples lives are political.
My country had done at least 4 genocides (Papua, Maluku, Timor Leste, and the 1965s genocide) and no one spoke of it. No one heard of it.
Because all of us are censored, we are not allowed to criticise politicians. And if we do people ignore it. I was born in a culture of fear of saying the wrong thing.
Do you understand? YOU have the power to do the right thing. YOU are using your voice for the right thing. You are calling out war crimes when you see one. Something like this I would never even believe to see in my life time for other countries! So do NOT give up!
If no one speaks about Palestine then what hope do I get for my country?
For Palestenians, Papuans or anyone who is in war I LOVE YOU. I hope you stay warm, I hope you and your family have enough food. I hope you recieve any donations. You have the right to be angry, scared, you deserve freedom. The world. You deserve your land to not be taken by murderous politicians.
For Timorese, Moluccas and people who have died in Palestine vs Israel war, or any kind of conflict. I am sorry. May you rest in peace. People will fight for the ones who live. Your death will not be in vain.

Humans Are Weird
So there has been a bit of “what if humans were the weird ones?” going around tumblr at the moment and Earth Day got me thinking. Earth is a wonky place, the axis tilts, the orbit wobbles, and the ground spews molten rock for goodness sakes. What if what makes humans weird is just our capacity to survive? What if all the other life bearing planets are these mild, Mediterranean climates with no seasons, no tectonic plates, and no intense weather?
What if several species (including humans) land on a world and the humans are all “SCORE! Earth like world! Let’s get exploring before we get out competed!” And the planet starts offing the other aliens right and left, electric storms, hypothermia, tornadoes and the humans are just … there… counting seconds between flashes, having snowball fights, and just surviving.

Here's a sad headcanon!! After Dream loses Nightmare and gets thrusted into this world and is busy doing everything for centuries yk. When he finally has a break, he tries to remember what Nightmare used to look like and to his own muted horror, he can't full remember. It's a blur.
Dream's so scared of forgetting, he doesn't want to forget. He can't do that. The only trace of what his brother once was would be gone. Now considering the era they were born into? They don't have camera to take pictures (even so it likely would have been destroyed anyhow)
So Dream instead tries to draw Nightmare with what little information he has, he looked like him didn't he? It shouldn't be hard. He stresses over details he can't remember. The drawing is terrible, childlike in every way, and likely every colour besides his eyelights was wrong, but it was him. It was a trace of him. He had something to not forget.
I can imagine he starts to spend time doodling all the things he can remember doing with Nightmare before, as a way to document them down and have something to look at for a refresher.

Hey fam! The Mouse is refusing to recognize the unionization efforts of its production workers. If you're not familiar with what PAs or PMs do, I'll outline it briefly. The tl;dr is that NO ANIMATION WOULD GET DONE WITHOUT PRODUCTION WORKERS. They are the glue holding together every single production of your very favorite cartoons!
They take notes in all the meetings with the artists.
They make sure the artists are meeting their deadlines (and showing up to the meetings in the first place).
They help us navigate studio servers to find the files we're looking for.
They send us our time cards, and make sure we get paid!
Production workers do all this and more, often for minimum wage. The hardships that they suffer as a result--the long hours, the unpaid overtime, the abuses of power--are horrific.
You'd really think that they'd be compensated fairly for these jobs! Can you imagine trying to live in Los Angeles or New York on minimum wage with a job that definitely won't allow you time to pick up a second or third one??
This has to stop, and you can help.
All that Walt Disney Animation Studio's production workers ask is that you add your name to this petition! That's it.
