Thank you for explaining and I am glad to know that our sarcasm is enjoyable most of the time. We like it when you are being playful, and we need to make more of an effort to listen to what you mean and not take offense so quickly. I think we all are just tired today and that does not help any of us.

Hunter marches in and stops wide-eyed in the doorway, staring at Tech with tears streaming down his face, Crosshair towering over him with his finger almost poking a hole through Tech’s goggles, and Wrecker looking between the two looking like he could either break down crying himself or start throwing things.

Okay, okay, okay. Everyone take a deep breath. *holds his hands up next to his shoulders and takes a much calmer, soothing tone*

@toothpick-man, give him some space *drags Crosshair by the collar of his shirt to one corner*

@kersplosion99 go sit down, please. *He drops in to a chair next to @echo-in-here who is still giving side eye to everyone in the room*

Tech. I need you to listen to me. I think this has all been blown way out of proportion here.

*Hunter steps a little closer and tilts his head but looks just over Tech’s shoulder so he doesn’t feel the need to maintain eye contact*

Whoever sent this note to you was just trying to being nice, and I think you, in return, were also trying to be nice, yea? But sometimes when you put things a certain way, it can come across a little blunt, even though I know you mean well. And sometimes that hurts people’s feelings even if what you are saying is true.

*looks around at everyone else* I think we’ve all been under a lot of stress and through a lot of changes lately. And that can be difficult to handle sometimes. We’re going to get used to this together, as a team. As a family. Like we always do. We just have to be patient with each other.

*folds arms* I think you all owe each other an apology. And @obviously-99 what do you need from me to help give you some mental space to get back to baseline?

Yes of course! Her training has been going very well (although she is currently more handy with her bow than a knife, it takes a lot of practice). My brothers and I all think it is important for her to learn the same skills that we have, both as a member of the squad and so that she knows how to handle herself in any situation we encounter.

I think the most memorable is probably rescuing Echo. I mean, we met Echo and that was a pretty wild mission. Met Rex, and he's great too!

Ah well....sometimes sibling dynamics are tough. You have to take the good with the bad and hope you can get through the rough patches. And sometimes that means talking it out and sometimes that means taking a break from each other. I hope it smoothes over sooner rather than later.

I had a rough day and could use a pick me up, got any advice?

I'm sorry to hear that. And for my late response. I...hope that today has been better for you.

When I've had a hard day, I'll admit I'm not always the best at letting myself decompress after. But I find that taking some time to sit quietly without distractions (having a bandana you can pull over your eyes is helpful for this), doing some breathing exercises (breathing out for longer than you breathe in), and then going and talking to one of my brothers about their day tends to help. So does a good cup of tea.

I hope you have some good friends who have your back. If not I'm always here if you need to talk.
