Aprende a elegir tus batallas. Recuerda que tu enojo no sólo te afecta a vos, sino también a los que te rodean y no tienen la culpa. Existen personas “coprófagas y tóxicas”. No entres vos a ese “club”. Toma en cuenta la ley física que dice: Al aplicar una fuerza sobre algo, recibirás una fuerza opuesta igual. Aquí te doy unos tips, para cuando se te dispare la testosterona y te disminuya el cortizol (en español latino: cuando estás bien encabronado): 1. Salga a caminar 2. Cuente hasta 50 o más 3. Bañese con agua fría 4. Vaya de compras 5. Respire profundo y sonría que, al final, la vida hay que vivirla con alegría.
