Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, he saw a magazine cover that made his heart stop. He had to backtrack his steps, nearly colliding with a pedestrian in his haste. Unable to believe his own eyes, he removed his sunglasses. There, on the glossy cover, was Yuri Plisetsky. Otabek's breath caught in his throat. Yuri's once long, blonde hair was now cut short, framing his face in a way that made his sharp features even more striking. The suit he wore was tailored to perfection, exuding an air of sophistication and maturity. Draped over his shoulders was the jacket of Team Russia, a bold statement of his identity and pride. He stood there, staring at the cover, his heart pounding in his chest. Yuri looked incredible—more confident and poised than ever. Otabek felt a rush of intense emotions. It was as if time had stopped, and all he could see was Yuri's piercing gaze looking back at him from the magazine. "Are you going to buy it?" Startled, Otabek blinked and looked up. He didn't know how long he stood there, lost in his thoughts, until the cashier's voice broke through the haze. "Yes," he said, his voice firm. "I'll buy all of them." I know there are about eight thousand playlists for this fic already, but here I am showing up 15 minutes late with Starbucks anyway. I spent way, way, WAY too much time on this. I finished the track listing before Of Bright Stars and Burning Hearts started posting, so all my choices are drawn from UMFB exclusively. 

This is maybe the most Extra thing I’ve ever done, which I guess is appropriate for a Viktor playlist. SO under the read more you will find a track listing with fic excerpts and lyrics because why the fuck not.

What I can do, I can’t stop reading it lol. Chapter four killed me and by this scene I was nearly crying a river, poor Victor T w T). 98% of the painting with tones of yellow/orange/red, the only exception begin Victor’s Eye, I was trying to keep the soft+angst feeling from the scene.
