I…don’t understand the ShadowPlanet ship (Eclipse x Earth).

No hate to people who like it, but…why??? Along with it kind of being incest, where did people get that idea from? The ONE EPISODE titled “Eclipse and Earth are FRIENDS”????

It makes no sense to me. Where did people get it from. Like, I ship stuff in other fandoms, but they make sense??? There’s the right chemistry there??? It’s just not there with ShadowPlanet.

Also I don’t really like shipping the celestials. So like.

I really wish shippers would just stop. How hard is it to accept that your ships are not canon (looking at you SolarMoon shippers). This is the entire reason AUs exists, use them! For the love of whatever God their is stop trying to force your ideas into canon by harassing people, it does not work! Just accept that Solar was family and that Eclipse will not be in a relationship with Earth! And do not say EclipseEarth shippers don't harass people, I've seen it. I'm convinced that they're just bitter SolarMoon shippers that found another ship to latch onto because they know SolarMoon will never happen

Being objective… Davis and Kat's characters said on more than one occasion and in different videos that Sun was not an alcoholic and that even his mental health was improving little by little. If some people decided to ignore that and continue harping on Sun's supposed depression, suicidal tendencies, and alcoholism, it's understandable why they had to turn to Miku as a secret weapon to make his point more firmly.

I can't believe this is still prevalent, holy shit. Earth liking barbie and pink isn't "stereotypical girly interest" or "an interest of six-year-old girls". There are literal adult women who collect vintage barbies and other barbie dolls because they love them and genuinely makes them happy. For fuck's sake, it's 2024, and some of you are still perpetuating and parroting the same misogynistic/internalized misogynistic shit like "adult women shouldn't have "childish" interest", labelling any girl/woman who likes pink and dolls as "stereotypical", and looking down at them and/or shaming them for being feminine and liking things that are considered feminine. Stop. This. Shit.

I thought Davis was the only one who had been in a bad mood because fans too intense with his opinions and projections. But today's chapter where Earth believes to be paranoid, it seemed to me that Reed (playing lunar) also let escape a little personal thoughts about some fans' opinions, specifically when he said "do not let internet people affect you" or something like that.

I see a lot of hate pouring in for the VAs right now, so a quick reminder that those are human beings! They are living breathing people with emotions! They are providing you with entertainment!

You can be upset with lore or character development just like any other movie, show, book, whatever. But actively going after, badmouthing, or generally being hostile towards creators is never okay.

How would you feel if you got harassed because you decided to take your character on a different route then originally planned? Accused of being some cruel, mean person because you decided to do something with your characters?

Not to mention many people are saying they have seen this blog, which I highly doubt. But if you think they're looking here, why are you actively being rude about them where they'll see it?

Reading comments from people in this fandom, especially a few Eclipse fans and simps, it almost seems like their minds don't process the fact that someone can be a victim and an abuser at the same time. And that NOT all victims become abusers, a lot depends on the circumstances, of course, but at the end of the day it is a choice, a personal decision.

Take Sun as an example, he was abused by Old Moon and others peoples, he had every reason to seek revenge or take out his traumas on other people weaker than him, but he didn't do it, not consciously or voluntarily at least, and when he did something similarly, he felt deeply anguished, regretting his mistake.

But now that we know Dark Sun, can confirm that without a doubt, Sun could have taken a more selfish path, seeking to subjugate others as they subjugated him, taking a completely different and opposite path to the Sun we know and love.

So yes, it was Sun's choice not to become an abuser or a bad version of himself.

Just as Eclipse chose the opposite.

All my admiration for Davis and Reed (Kat and Matt too) and the patience they have for this pack of whiny children who complain about anything.

Few could have stayed in this project until today after reading so much shit like the comments from kids and teenagers offended by everything.

the agere community here is actually pretty cool! I just hope it branches out more as time goes on!! I've seen a lot of Sun, Eclipse, BM and Lunar agere which is always amazing!!! but I'm hoping as more people come in we can grow to having more New Moon, Solar, Earth and other more 'mature' seeming characters turn into littles aswell!

I've seen many people talking about how Lunar is Bi, and I 100% agree that he is under that umbrella. I think maybe (in my opinion) that a more accurate label would be pansexual. Because we haven't really seen him have a preference over one gender. He just seems to like what he likes, and I love that for him as a pan person!

Also, Lunar is based for liking them tall.

Why are people getting mad??? The therapy video with Earth about Sun swapping over to drinking more tea wasn’t obvious enough that they NEEDED to step away from the narrative 'Sun is an Alcoholic/S*icidal' that fans are pushing. OF COURSE they would need to make something DIRECT!

Me saying this ISN'T ignoring the fact that some topics do get WAY too deep in the show... but fans take it deeper. If a good chunk of their audience is kids, that's one thing they need to crowd control on SUPER quick anyway. It's not particularly healthy to keep pushing that narrative to an impressionable audience. Using myself as an example, growing up where multiple stages of my life I had to deal with s*icide (family, friends, my attempts, etc) at earlier ages into adulthood fucked with my mental health so bad... But now imagine your favorite character on a (debatably) kid/teen show OFFS THEMSELVES??? You know how many people that would MESS WITH???

Don't get offened. It's not a personal attack. I get 'twists' do happen in the show all the time. But that kind of damage to the fandom and TSBS as a whole would irreparable and would be even more toxic than what it is now. Please think logically from a Show that wants viewers and knows all kinds of eyes are watching; not only you and your headcanons. :(
