I’ve begun to forget voices, for context I almost completely rely on voices and some key visual details to remember people so forgetting voices is fuckin me up hard.

it’s not actually even just forgetting voices, like some I’ve completely forgotten about but others have become so disconnected I legit don’t know if I remember them.

Pro tip, just accept the fact that you will realize your comfort with a food only once you start distancing yourself from that food. It won't make you happier or anything, but it will help in accepting the idiocy that is the squishy head rock that does the thinkings

i can feel the food i obsessively eat and crave shifting away from nachos (small portions, quick and easy to make) to chicken pasta milano (large portions, takes an hour or longer and many ingredients to cook) and its so upsetting because i know i wont be able to eat it as much as i want to 😭
