I was bored, so I decided to draw my favorite turtle twins

To my future significant other:

You will have to fight for my love and affection. And I mean this in the sincerest way possible. I won't believe you when you compliment me. I'll spend every moment we're together convincing myself you hate me. I'll be waiting for the moment when you leave me or laugh at how foolish I am for thinking you could love me.

But,

If you are willing to push back against my bitter judgement, to silence the voices in my mind, to love me; if you pound on the walls that have enclosed me for so long, fighting to enter

Then I promise I will be on the other side, fighting just as hard to let you in.

To anyone that I was ever a brat to as a child;

If it makes you feel any better, I have crippling anxiety and depression now

Throwback to the time I stumbled in a crowded parking lot and was so convinced I was going to fall that I shouted out the first thing I could (meaning to either say 'geez' or 'crap') and ended up screaming "HOLY CHEESE I CRAPPED!!"

I didn't know there was an AC repair guy upstairs talking to my parents but he came down just in time to see me (lounging on the couch in sweat pants and eating a large slice of chocolate cake) yell at my dog (who was squeaking his toy obsessively like the little sociopath he is) "EXCUSE ME SIR BUT WILL YOU RESPECTFULLY SHUT UP??!!" All while my phone was playing 'You Spin Me Round' by Dead or Alive on full blast.

This is why I can't be around people.
