I've been trying to write about my experience with Hades for at least 5 times, but, somehow, I cannot fully explain it yet, so I'll keep it to myself for now. However, I can share what I have learned in the 3 weeks since I was called to make a connection with him.
He is nothing as I've imagined.
He makes me feel protected, accepted and he constantly appears in my dreams giving me the best hugs.
Now, what I want to say about my experience so far with a deity is:
1. What other witches experience with the same deity, is their own experience. Some might have similar experiences, but, if you don't that doesn't means you're on the wrong way. So, do your research, but don't expect it to happen to you as it did to others. It's ok, you got this.
2. A deity sees and knows what you need and want, and if they accept you, they will make their presence known to you in a way that you will understand.
3. The way you choose/ get chosen, connect, communicate, worship, pray, learn, feel your deity depends solely on you, your background, your beliefs, and from what you have to learn from them.
4. Be honest with them, however your communication ways are (some prefer friendly talk, others use prayers to convey messages). Just be honest.
5. Be patient. A deity might know better when and what should be happen as per what your request/target was. Also, a deity might not understand why you need something at a certain moment, so make sure you ask for reasons and give enough information to get a certain situation to the result that is best.
6. Listen to your intuition, the signs, the dreams, the recurring words or numbers, the feelings and emotions, the thoughts. Be aware that deities send us vital signs in different ways just because, for example, they know/we asked that we need to develop a sense.
7. Create a connection and a relationship with a deity in a way that makes you, at the same time, feel comfortable and open to the best way of communicating with them.
dazed.

Hello! Thank you for answering again! The god that you speak of piques my interest highly. I don't mean to undermine his power or disrespect me, but he sounds quite human which is both comforting and sorrowful. He seems to be despairing but what words of comfort can I offer to a god? It's a futile attempt. Also, you spoke of two incidents where he tried to intervene. What might those two be? And what does he think of the Bible? Neville said that it was supposed to be a psychological drama. Forgive me if I'm out of line, but the Bible prescribes quite harsh punishments for some deeds( I hope you understand what I'm talking about). And who are these other eternal beings? Can he speak more on them? Does anyone know their origins? On another note, he seems to absolutely adore his children and I wish him hope and light( if that's any help at all). Eternity, after all, may not be so desirable.
hope you see this anon!!
i can't be sure since i don't work with him but i imagine the bible is similar to greek myths. it's not an accurate recounting of things god or jesus actually said/did but more so what humans thought and what they wanted to share. especially since there are so many different versions that are known to have been written specifically to change things (king james version etc). i'm definitely interested in hearing about this if that's okay anon!

Thank you for your replies! I'll keep the precautions in mind. Although I must say it's very intriguing how he doesn't know about his origins. And what does he think of the Christians and humans in general? What does an eternal being do for eternity? What does he look forward to? Thank you for answering again :)
it is really interesting that he doesn't know his origins! i've never run into that question with my deities since they were all born. i also find it really cute how he doesn't have a physical form but could have one if he chose (and how he has favored pronouns?? legend). anyway, hope you see this anon!
I know a lot of baby witches have trouble with finding where to start out so I complied a list of good resources for the absolute beginner witch!! Hope this helps ❤️🌿

(smudging is a term from Native American that is not an open practice, smoke cleansing is called Smoke Cleansing, smudging is closed as well as white sage and san palo, important Native American herbs)
I would definitely look into what are closed practices, as to avoid any cultural appropriation as many things like ‘honey jars’ or hoodoo powders are actually from closed or semi closed practices. It is important to know where these come from and it’s cultures as to avoid closed practices appropriation and to use some things like Nazar or chakras to know the significance and actual history and if you can work with them or not. Especially with spells or Deities or anything new.

I would wait to do spells until you have all your information and research and do protection spells for your first spells. Also I wouldn’t do blood magick, as it is very powerful and can have major consequences if you don’t know what your doing, and spirit work or any work with deities.

I would definitely also look into some history of witchcraft and paganism (not just Wicca to the 1960’s history, but of the growth of witchcraft in the Renaissance era as well as traditional magic with the Greeks, to Celtic etc, as the impacts of those occultists, as some are very problematic like Crowley), as well as the impacts of other cultures and practices like Hinduism, Native American, Jewish Mysticism etc on modern western spirituality and giving that homage back to those cultures e.g chakras, yoga, spirit animals (closed practice), smudging, dream catchers, Kabbalah etc

*This is a quote from a reading I’d previously done on Taehyung from BTS. I don’t remember which one because it’s no longer on my blog, but I did feel prompted to share some messages I’ve channeled regarding this phrase.
You know how in the hunger games, there’s those people in the game makers room controlling everything and the people in the games are like, what the fuck is happening?
The moon is like a galactic UN and when the Earth Experiments were going on, they were like the dudes in the game makers room.
When the Earth Experiments ended and the cosmic beings that had been worshiped as gods went back to their home planets or underground, those on the moon released their control over earth’s atmosphere.
Those who “come from the moon” either had past lives as extraterrestrials or their current DNA has extraterrestrial properties. A few of us were actually born on the moon, had our DNA adjusted, and were sent back down to earth to help with the great awakening.
Some people were born on the sun… possibly in the sun, but I’m pretty sure they said “on the sun”… something about DNA activations and cosmic things like that… Some people have DNA that came from the sun and was altered or added to their current system on the surface of the sun…
Hiii!
So correct me if I'm wrong, you work with deities, right? I was wondering if someone gave a food/drink offering to a deity, would it rot? Do they have to replace the offering every few days or nah?
Hi! Yes I do :)
So, this really depends. Back in the yknow ancient days, people would typically leave the offering alone. However, most people nowadays aren't comfortable with "wasting" food like that, so I would say most people who work with deities will either not offer food or they'll eat the offered food themselves.
Now, I have seen people just leave the food, I see it more with Chthonic deities, and oftentimes they'll either compose the food afterward or just throw it out (but again, most people aren't comfortable with just throwing it out so they're usually not doing so).
How often you offer something to a deity depends on the deity you work with and yourself. Some people try to do it every day while others can only do it every now and then. And there are other kinds of offerings, not just food! For example, every time I'm listening to music, I can offer it to Apollo.
Now that I think of it though, you could totally just manifest that the food never rots hahah
