So... I'm gonna be vulnerable real quick.
As a polyamorous woman, I like looking up relatable content on here. I love seeing all the cute, fun art and reading all the interesting things people have to say on the matter. It's a fun pastime. But I've noticed there are some things that I haven't really found on here.
My fiance and I have been together for over 8 years now- I'm polyam and he's monogamous. I came out and told him I was interested in trying it out about 4 years ago, and he was completely supportive from the start. Hell, he was the one who suggested I try online dating when I was having trouble meeting people. The few times my mother said anything insulting(she was not thrilled when she found out) I had to hold him back from giving her a peice of his mind. I love him so much and he's amazing.
So I find it odd that I never see any posts, art or rants about polyam people being in relationships with people who are monogamous. Is it less common? Am I using the right tags? It would just be nice to see and hear from other people who go through similar situations and have the same worries.
Like dealing with people who ask how the other person feels about you seeing multiple people when they aren't? Or people asking how it isn't cheating? Or people saying your significant other might be faking happiness because they don't want to lose you?
I don't know... I'm probably not looking hard enough. Just something that's been on my mind, I guess.
so I got into grad school today with my shitty 2.8 gpa and the moral of the story is reblog those good luck posts for the love of god
every single person who reblogs this
every
single
person
will get “doot doot” in their ask box
So I uploaded chapter 13 on my A Way Out fanfic and updated tags, so...
You're welcome😊
Yeah pretty much
This was too great not to reblog God damn yes
Every time. Every damn time.
