A drawing of Ford and Stan Pines as 1st graders. Ford is looking sadly at his hands, which have his first and second fingers taped together. Stan is looking up and saying "Ma! They taped Sixers fingers together at school!"
Ford hides his hands behind his back, and crying a little bit he explains "We were learnin math and- and she said- and- and the teacher, she said- She said we should use our fingers because theres-"
Ford looks up and continues "Because there's 10 of em- An i said- And- An I said I've got 12."
Ford looks back down and starts trembling "So she came over and she- She-"
Ford bursts into tears, yelling "WAHHHHH". Stan starts crying a little and moves to comfort him.

When I was making that math video I realized that to have Ford count on his fingers in a way that reflected our normal base 10 way of counting, Ford would have to basically ignore 2 of his fingers constantly

Which made me wonder what his time in the early grades of school mustve been like... The outlook was not good

I fucking love this shit

“I want to speak to a manager,” the middle-aged woman said in her stern I-used-to-be-a-soccer-mom-ten-years-ago voice, looking down at me over the top of her Gucci reading glasses.

A wicked grin split across my face and the gates of Hell opened up behind me, releasing a gust of hot wind that whipped my apron around my body and forced the woman to shield her face. Demons came forth, dancing around in flames with songs of, “She wants to speak to a manager. Did you hear that? She wants to speak to a manager!” before erupting into earsplitting shrieks of laughter, none louder than my own cackling.

I took in the woman’s look of utter horror before my eyes rolled back into my head and I growled,

“I am the manager.”

Hope Everyone Is Ready For Some HUNKLES! We're Planning A TWO YEAR CALENDAR This Time, For 2025 And 2026.

Hope everyone is ready for some HUNKLES! We're planning a TWO YEAR CALENDAR this time, for 2025 and 2026. Not two separate calendars, but two calendars, together! Like twins! 2025's theme will be a Mullet!Stan calendar, with probably some Researcher!Ford thrown in. 2026's theme will be two old men around the house or ship, just doing stuff. Like baking cookies or watching TV. Something more domestic and homey, as opposed to the adventures and monsters of calendars past. More details to come, but for now, it's time to GET HYPED!!!

There’s a fic on fanfiction(.)net that I’ve kept tabs on for years to see if it’s been updated or not. While I’m no longer even in the fandom it’s written for, it just has one of the greatest storylines I’ve ever read. Last time it was updated was 2011.

The other day, I decided to reread the entire thing and leave a very in-depth review of what I thought of each chapter. I also mentioned how I started reading it when I was 13 and am now 21, but always came back to see if it was ever finished because I loved it so dearly.

Today, said author sent me a private message saying that her analytics showed that the story was still getting views even after all these years, but no one ever bothered to leave reviews other than “update soon!!!”, so she never felt motivated enough to finish it. She said that me reviewing every single chapter with lengthy paragraphs made her cry and meant the world to her. She also mentioned that she felt encouraged to write the two remaining chapters needed to complete the story and that she would send me a message the night before she updates the fic.

I’m literally sobbing. I’m so excited :’)

Please always remember to leave a review when reading fanfiction!!! It means a lot to a writer.

So... if anybody here enjoyed my AWO story Rematch, I finally posted the first chapter of the sequel. It's a little short but at the same time I think it ended at a decent spot. It'll be slow to update, but I just wanted to let y'all know it's finally here!
