I personally use this myself and thought I’d share how I go about it.

I occasionally light mine while making scripts, before/while meditating, before shifting, or to rejuvenate myself.

1/3. 🕯️

Use a purple, blue or white candle. Any size will do but if you like the idea of always having one ready to light, then thick piller candles are great and will last a long time.

They can be unscented or not. You could pick a scent that reminds you of your DR for the 5 senses aspect if that’s something that helps you.

** purple is associated with astral projection, spirituality, healing, meditation

** blue is associated with communication, sleep, wisdom, patience

** white is associated with purity, balance, truth, guidance, hope, spirituality and can replace other colours

2/3. 🫚

Anoint your candle in any type of oil, this is to stick the herbs and spices onto it but beware this makes it more flamable.

Or alternatively melt the top of your candle to stick it on.

If you're candle is in a glass you don't really need to worry about this step.

(And an affordable way of getting herbs is through tea bags!)

3/3. 🔥 ~ The Process:

Gather what you’re using and cleanse them by incense smoke, sound, etc.

As you’re dressing your candle, repeat over an affirmation that everything you’re utilising is being used for your desired effect. Examples:

“Orange peel to make me successful every attempt.”

“Rosemary to aid my memory and protect myself as I shift, sleep and dream.”

“Thyme to give me the courage to shift.”

“Parsley to rejuvenate my motivation.”

“Hibiscus to attract my desired reality to me.”

“Bay leaf to manifest myself successfully shifting.”

“Mugwort to aid in my astral travel and induce lucid dreams each night.”

🗡️📄 ** You can also carve sigils or runes into the wax to add to your intention. Or write your intention on some paper and burn it or keep it under the candle.

Your inner reality is the true reality because it is the only space where creation happens. The external world—the 3D—is simply a reflection of what you've already accepted, assumed, or believed in your mind.

Everything you experience in the physical world was once a thought, assumption, or belief held in your inner world.

When you affirm something as true in your mind, you are imprinting that assumption onto your subconscious, which cannot tell between what's "real" or "imagined." The moment you declare something is so, it becomes a part of your inner reality. That’s when manifestation happens: the moment you choose to affirm and accept something as true, it already exists in your inner world and your external reality must reflect that.

So, when you affirm something, it’s not something that “will happen” later—it’s already real in your inner world. The physical reality is simply the reflection of your inner assumptions. For example, the physical reality you see right now is just your previous thoughts, assumptions or beliefs. The main goal is to accept it true in your mind; the physical reality changing is just a "side effect" bound to happen because it has no choice but to reflect back to you the reality you’ve created in your mind.
