This takes place after Casey Marie is born (April and Casey’s daughter!) and her uncles come to visit

Leo: shortly after the canonical series finale, Leo decides to go and live in 03Usagi’s dimension after reconciling with Usagi.

Raph: Remember that dimension he was sent to in the episode “Across the Universe”? He becomes a professional motorcycle racer there! Don’t ask how, it just happened

Don: Co-owns O’Neil Tech (as stated by the series)

Mike: Joins the Justice Force for realzies! (After MUCH convincing lol)

Colored comic of TMNT 2003 Donnie realizing Same as It Never Was April just killed a gross cockroach mutation. The first panel is a close-up of Don's surprised face mid-defending himself with his arms up as he says "No Way! APRIL!?" The middle panel is a full body shot of April stepping on the neck of the dead humanoid cockroach mutation with goo leaking from the bullet holes in its body. Her pose is intimidating as she wears Casey's goaltender mask, fully-covered in combat gear with purple cloth tied around one boot, and holds her smoking pistol aloft and drops bullet casings in her other hand. Simultaneous smaller panels show her eye widening behind the mask and lowering the pistol. The last panel shows her aged and scarred face as she lifts up the mask, expression crumpling with tears as she shakily says "...Donny??"

With Ch. 1 of Reunion (Book 1 of the SAINW Roadtrip AU) now out, I get to unveil this comic moment that I drew last year! What a reveal!!

She stopped, turning to face directly at Mona. Her eyes swam with grief and hate and every coal-black emotion this god-awful place seemed to crystalize.

“I know how this all ends Mona.” She watched as Mona’s breath seemed to freeze, pinned under her lead-heavy gaze.

“You can’t bring people like that to places like these. You always lose them here. Either the pacifist within them dies, or you're left with nothing but ghosts.”

She took a breath, words weighed down by the certainty of too many memories to count.

“No matter what happens, you don’t make it out with the same people that went in.”
