Dogday: Well...

Dogday: Poppy when I was human was a kind of urban legend about a Poppy doll who could roam around the factory as if she were a little fairy. but I really met her one day where I was hiding from the tests with my resistance to red gas... Poppy scolded me for being out of bed and and she walked me back to bed.

Dogday: When I became Dogday I didn't see her again until everything from the time of joy had passed and before her confinement; several toys were either against it or since I didn't know the situation entirely, I tried to plan a countermeasure where the smaller toys would try to escape from the factory and use any means to seek help… but they were captured (Poppy by the prototype, the other small toys if they didn't die were kidnapped by the specialists). Dogday: She and I currently have a cordial relationship, she insists that I go to the factory again; but I remain firm in not wanting to go back there.

Dogday: with Kissy; we met her when, in an attempt to move us to a safer place, another Bigger Body and she had given up on the prototype when they saw that not only had she not kept her word by releasing us from the factory once the specialists stopped arriving; she but she killed the children who swore to avoid such a fate. It was even more difficult to trust her but she proved to be a good girl... and boy is she good with the pranks!

Now more recovered and after the summer, Dogday (now repaired) had time to explore his surroundings in more detail and made this map to understand what surrounds him.

POINTS OF INTEREST

The city = a small city in a rural area, according to Mr. Angel the city lived in a better time because the factory was its main source of employment and after the end of the 90's many people left, now it is a rural area. It is common for many children to walk through the forest leaving school (and Dogday and Kissy were confused by Bigfoot a couple of times)

Mr. Angel's House = an old blue country house, before Dogday arrived, it was neglected and full of dust. Before moving to the barn, Dogday slept in the garage. According to Angel; he bought the land from a farmer who was leaving

The old farm = Mr. Angel's house has an attached barn where straw was stored that collected dust; But when Mob's scientists took Dogday in for repairs, the adult repaired him and modified him so that he could use him as his own residence, creating a home that was the perfect size for Dogday (Kissy when he comes to visit).

The lake = a perfect place for picnics, but for some reason it's not popular in town; which makes it Layer and the others' favorite place to go for a picnic or a swim.

"Bobby's cousins" cave = deeper in the forest there are several caves full of bears, because of the color of the mountains these at certain angles seem to be red (which reminded him a lot of Minnie)

Mountains and more mountains = Dogday is discouraged that they don't have snow, but there is a half-hour pass to the factory.

The big forest = forest next to the factory, Poppy points out that there are many animals where the surviving toys begin to supply themselves so they don't go hungry again (however, Dogday is still reluctant to return to the factory)

"Luckiest star" or Kickin usually appears to be the typical tough guy bounty hunter or the flirtatious pilot who has a lover in every port where he lands; a shameless man, without fear of what people will say about him, without any sense of danger or how far he will go. Catnap describes him as a "magnet of chaos who knows no failure."

which he usually repels at first.

Once you get into trust with him, he is friendly as a capybara who loves bad jokes and spending time relaxing or doing a sports activity for pleasure; Noticing many times that they seem annoyed that he does not have enough to go to an event with them, that some work crosses his path on an outing on several occasions.

Unlike other critters (and the general public) he does not have a fixed work schedule, but will often depend on being required for the missions or jobs he has as a bounty hunter; which maintains 3 basic requirements to accept a job=

1. does not carry out assassination missions or attacks against other lives.

2. will not accept a mission with children involved (unless they are rescues).

3. He should laugh in your face if you do not offer him a minimum of ₱200.000 or 12.000 carats in galyostro crystals and he sees you as a high class (if he accepts missions of little or almost no denomination, but he hates when rich people go overboard him with their arrogance). Personality:

The newly titled young witcher DeColorina, is a somewhat shy but enthusiastic lady. A person who usually looks at the beauty of things and can find charm and inspiration in the most common things; Unlike Dogday who grew up surrounded by the typical culture of witchers, Crafty grew up in a family that disowned them to the point that she ran away from home as a child just because she couldn't adapt to what they demanded of her.

She even finds it difficult to admit or carry the attitudes of a witcher such as using her magic so sporadically or the ability to cope with her treatment, which causes her to accidentally manifest her magic in a somewhat explosive way, but not harmful.

Around half year before the events, the newly titled Witcher DeColorina, trained by the Witcher of "Crow" (Dogday's mother) in everything she could, went to Main City in search of repaying the kindness of the Sunnyhowl family to her.

Since she arrived in Main city, she works in a local kindergarten (because she cannot live on art alone, yet) where she works as a teacher with a group of 10 sisters who each work teaching a different subject; getting along better with the only one of the sisters who is also a witch, Poma Delight.

Depending on the situation, she works 5 days a week from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and on Saturday mornings.

In her free time she will spend it at her house (which she uses as a workshop) or at the restaurant. the piggyA recurring joke is that if it comes suddenly it is full of paint or leaves.

Magic data (and other skills):

Unlike Dogday, she has good combat skills, in addition to that she can defend herself in these ways:

- Quite fast analysis of situations.

- persuasion in difficult situations.

Hoppy is a very lively rabbit focused on what she does and only that; and along with his somewhat rude and misaligned appearance, he seems to be a person who is a little rough to start getting to know, but is actually a very energetic and impulsive person; especially with things that are of interest to her or something that those close to her need (even if it costs her a little at first, if it is important to a person she cares about, she will do it too).

Q1. What is your opinion on movies like Toy Story and Shrek 2 and show like Beast War? (Since I don’t think you CGI movies and/or show before)

P.Layer: They're still sleeping so I'll answer for her while they wakes up.

P.Layer: On one of Poppy and Kissy's visits, they invited them to a sleepover for Libby, and they used the movies you recommended as a suggestion to watch.

P.Layer: with the Toy story movies… well…

P.Layer: The improvement of the 3D that they knew from the VHS tapes made them believe that it was real, and since they were toys… well… they took it as a horror movie; They didn't stop screaming until it was over (and it took a while for them to calm down and convince them that nothing was real, and for Kissy not to throw my TV).

P.Layer: with Shrek, ironically they did like it; I would say too much… they sang "I need a hero" at least an hour before going to sleep

Dogday wasn't expecting things to go like this. Not after everything they went through, not after all the work they put into their new lives, not after finally escaping that nightmare. He had a taste of freedom and the Sun to look up to every morning. He could take long walks in the woods, could say hello to every single one of the friends he thought had died. He had everything.

Dogday wanted to scream, but he couldn't. Not like this, not in this situation. So when they all stopped hugging each other, he merely pressed his head against Catnap's, holding him close, and watched in silence as a scream echoed in the background.

"It's Pierre", Craftycorn muttered. "I-it's him", she hid her face, Huggy trying to comfort her. "What should we do...?"

Delight got up.

"Mother told us to live", she spoke up. "So let's do that one more time, shall we? When he comes over there, he will be weak enough for us to kill him. And then, we can dance one last time".

"We will pass out before the fire is able to do much damage", Bubba muttered. "This may be for the best".

The other critters agreed. And, although a bit later, the others nodded along.

Dogday pretended Angel was still alive for them. He tried to wipe Catnap's tears, but only left their mother's blood on his face.

"I love you", the orange dog was able to whisper.

"I love you too", the other whispered back.

They were robbed of everything once again. But this time, at least this one time, they wouldn't die alone in a dark and empty factory, but a burning laboratory next to each other.

Maybe things were meant to be this way. Maybe they were never meant to live. Maybe this was what took Angel's life.
