It’s about time that someone starts pointing it out. I understand why people don’t though, it gets tiring trying to show people how hypocritical this fandom is when no one either wants to admit it or refuses to understand.

This is nothing new though and if you’re in multiple fandoms on tumblr you see this in every single fandom, but I guess because I spend the most time in the Degrassi fandom I see it the most and honestly enough is enough already.

Your point about Imogen is spot on. Imogen is another deeply flawed character (though with the way the writers rewrite her character every new season or every time she gets a new love interest her flaws might not be as noticeable.) but Imogen was allowed to get away with a lot of crap in season 11 and like you mentioned especially with incredibly selfish behavior in season 12. But people adore Imogen and apparently by the fandoms standards what Imogen did was perfectly okay since nobody ever brings up her mistakes in season 11 or in season 12.

My idea that Eli is off his meds is still strong. The way he was acting in the sneak peak was weird as hell.

And the way he heartlessly called her a whore and then tries to brush it off as if it never happened..? Yeah somethings going on with those meds. Maybe he stopped taking them for some reason pertaining to his film work like the time he smoked weed with Jake. Either way both him and Clare need to stop bringing up stuff from the past to hurt each other if they are going to make things work between them, at least for the sake of the baby.

High School Musical 3 happened in 2008, it’s obviously over, but if Corbin Bleu screams “WHAT TEAM?!” I will reply without hesitation “WILDCATS!”

Feel bad for Zaya shippers because they are slowly getting on board with Zoemund but at least you can be the few to say you were ride or die for Zaya even if they don't happen!

It’s their business if they want to ship Zoemund but it’s beyond me how anyone can find enjoyment in the mess that was the last episode. There’s not enough “potential” there for me to ever get on board. Zig deserves better than this, better than her and I’m just going to cross my fingers that he eventually finds that.
