I did this lil silly survey a long while ago :)

I wanted to ask if you would mind to answer a few of my questions again :3

If not, that's totally fine! No pressure!

How many hours do you sleep per night?

How many hours are enough to get through the day and how many are a lot for your standard?

Is caffein (in any form) part of your morning routine or your 'last resort'?

How do you feel over the day before and after consuming caffein (if you consume any)?

For example: sluggish, foggy, awake, exhausted, grumpy, just tired, etc.

Hello again!! I am always willing to answer questions!! I would say on average I sleep maybe like 6-7 hours each night (some nights are better than others ofc lol)

I would say 4-5 hours are enough to get me through the day, but I will be cranky lmao and I would say 12 hours is on the higher side that I have slept before 😭

Caffeine is often a part of my mornings in the form of red bulls and other energy drinks. I don't drink them everyday though, cause a lot of caffeine can make me more anxious than energized lol

After consuming caffeine at the end of the day, I do feel sluggish and just tired, but I also feel the same way even when I haven't had caffeine. For me, there is usually an hour or two window where the caffeine does its job, but after that it's a one way ticket to snoozeville

There have been times where I still nap right after drinking an energy drink too lmao
