i hate this so much but this knowledge is too powerful to keep from you all.
last night @phaltu discovered that setting your font to comic sans in google docs improves writing speed and creativity by an insane amount. “no” i said and “die” but then i tried it and god. i wish it wasn’t this way. i wish it wasn’t true. i wish i could protect you all from this but it’s real.
something about this font is so disarming. something about this font lets you look past the shape of the words and into their soul. i’ve never written so much as i did last night, on my phone, at 2am, in comic sans.
if you have writer’s block. if you lack inspiration. if you need this. don’t be afraid to use it. sometimes the things we find most horrifying are also the things we need the most. trust me. let comic sans into your life.

I was last month in Düsseldorf on Japanday.
And I did a cosplay of Meredy ♥ Well, more or less, didn’t have enough money to do a proper one so I took some clothes out of my wardrobe et voilá! Civil Meredy :D And I decided to do a fanart of her in that outfit ^^
So, while browsing through the Hibari tag I saw your question, so I'll go ahead and explain. So his line "kamikorosu" is written as 噛み殺す. 'kami' is the ren'youkei form of the verb 'kamu' which means to bite, while korosu means to kill. So the reason it's translated as "I'll bite you to death" is because it's the most elegant way to translate it.

Pls help! I saw a long time ago a post, where it was explained why Hibari's famous line "kamikorosu" was translated as "I'll bitte you to death"... But i can't find it anymore >.< Anyone saw this tumblr post, too? Or knows the explanation and could explain it to me please?
