Dammit Cyborg, why you gotta be so hard to draw?? Though, tbh I had an easier time drawing him in this particular style than the regular TT style. ^_^”

Now…should I draw some fusions or some of the villains? >:)

Next fusion for the TTGems AU is BB & Cy’s: Turquoise :P

I think the closest thing I can think of for his personality is like a combination of a pro wrestler & the class clown of an elementary school. Probably adds the word ‘bro’ or ‘dude’ to nearly everything he says.

Plays pranks on everyone, is immature af most of the time & is constantly trying to beat everyone’s high scores on video games & such. Showboats like fuck during battles & calls out the names he comes up with for his attacks. Total sweetie when it comes down to it, though. Like, he’d offer to make pancakes for you just because, but then use the old ‘water bucket on top of the door’ prank on you an hour later.

Fun guy, but is aggravating as fuck to be around after a long period of time.

The only time the boys even consider not fusing w/ each other anymore is when Turquoise beats their high scores on EVERYTHING, and they can’t even stop him. XD

Here’s the fusion for Anyolite (BB) & Amber (Terra): Csarite :)

They’re actually fairly reserved & grounded in terms of their personality. (lol. grounded. terra joke) Anyolite’s general good attitude and love for Amber about life balances out Amber’s own lack of self esteem/self worth, & so Csarite usually spends time being pretty relaxed.

They actually enjoy their alone time, surprisingly. They like to just sit & think about things (which sometimes prompts them to spend a little quiet time with Atlantasite, if they’re around), but they can be prone to quick outbursts of energy towards things they enjoy.

Unfortunately, though Anyolite & Amber balance each other out & trust each other a good amount of the time, if there’s even a slight hiccup in Csarite’s thought processes (usually on Amber’s end), they’ll be shaken out of fusion fairly easily.

Csarite is used more as a comforting gesture rather than a weapon most of the time on Amber’s behalf. Csarite’s chill attitude also comes from knowing this, and that they won’t be around for more than an hour or two. So they figure they might as well just relax & enjoy being around while they can.

Welp. There’s all our boys ‘mashed’ together. Yeah. That bright, showboating, cocky douche is the fusion between Bloodstone (Robin), Sodalite (Cyborg), & Anyolite (BB). Meet Ammolite.

Ammolite is…hm. How to describe him. He’s a charming jerk, I suppose. He’s nice in the way that if he insults you while trying to compliment you, he really didn’t mean to do so. Basically combine everything about the TT boys & you’ll get somewhere close to his personality.

Loud, pretentious/angsty/overdramatic when it comes to his own likes/problems, laughs at his own jokes, super into everything AWESOME & EXTREME. If it was possible, him & Turquoise would be best friends. The annoying pair of assholes who would be super physical with each other & pull a ‘no homo’ at every turn. Though as gems, they have no actual concept of said homophobia. It’s just an example.

Ammolite is basically the jockiest jock who ever jocked. With bad jokes.

Here’s the fusion for Bloodstone (Robin) & Sodalite (Cyborg): Flourite

As someone previously suggested, Flourite is very much like Garnet in his usual demeanor, but is prone to being a little more hotheaded at times. He’s extremely focused when it comes to missions (tunnel visioning on the problem if it’s ongoing). Like Garnet, punching things is usually his go-to problem solver, but he will simmer down and get more stealthy if a fight turns too dangerous.

If he decides to unload & tell anybody about how he’s feeling (usually Pietersite), it’s obvious he has some self-worth issues and feels like a failure if he doesn’t do his absolute best for the team. Big emotionally constipated leader bby, he is~

Next up is the fusion for Ametrine & Pietersite (Starfire & Raven): Mystic Blue Quartz

I’m still getting a feel for some of these fusions. but I think Mystic Blue here would kinda be the mom to everyone. Stern, loving, and protective/angry as fuck if anybody hurts the team. With the mix of  Ametrine’s open nature & Raven’s knowledge of dealing with emotions, that makes Mystic a good gem to go to for emotional advice or if you just need some quiet/non-judgemental comfort.

…She’s also be the one to suggest teamwork-building activities. Which can range anywhere from making friendship bracelets to meditation. XD

And here’s Titans East in the TTGems AU…finally. :P

Special thanks goes out to @wigglytoughazshit who gave me some good suggestions for the gems I chose for these guys~ I ended up choosing different ones for Speedy & Mas y Menos, but they’re minor alterations.

Mas y Menos are just two Opalites who happen to see one another as the ‘other half’ of each other in a non-romantic way. They gain their superspeed power by fusing into one big Opalite. :3

Had to make Aqualad a Lapis Lazuli. I had to. Water based powers & blue…I really couldn’t ignore that, & having @wigglytoughazshit suggest it as well only solidified the decision.

Not much to say for Bumblebee’s gem choice, but it really does suit her if you look up Topaz’s properties. And for Speedy, I tried to find a gem that was close to the gem type that I chose for Robin/Bloodstone, and ended up with Carnelian. :)

And here he is! Slade/Tigerseye for the TTGem AU. >:)

God, I love this evil, manipulative douche. I think a lot of us do. XD

Tigerseye ‘serves’ all of the Diamond Authority willingly, his work mostly consisting of the assassination of certain gems that happen to cause the Authority problems. Which in turn causes him problems, so of course he’ll take care of such nuisances.

Though, that doesn’t mean he works free of charge. His contributions to the Authority allow him near free reign of Homeworld & it’s resources to use to his benefit (which he does in moderation). And just because he can, Tigerseye always keeps the symbol of the former 4-Diamond Authority. He holds a certain respect for all 4 gems of the Authority. He’s not above admitting when someone is doing a decent job of ruling, as long as they don’t screw him over.

((EDIT: Almost forgot to mention this, but the gem suggestion for Slade was made by @terramarkovrocks))

Though I haven’t drawn Wildebeest yet (deciding if I should make him a corrupted gem in regards to his animal-like appearance), for now here’s the rest of the Titans South team for the TTGem AU.

Thanks again to wigglytoughazshit for the gem suggestions (They’ve made a good suggestion for Jericho, who I’ll draw at some point. ^_^), though I ended up changing Pantha’s gem to Cat’s Eye Chrysoberyl after some thinking.

To suit Pantha’s build, I figured her being a quartz gem would suit her better than the one I had previously chosen over the original suggestion. Also, Cat’s Eye suits her name much better. :3

You guys probably already saw my Hotspot/Ruby post, so he doesn’t need much of an introduction. But if you didn’t, it has my explanation of why he doesn’t look like the Ruby from canon.

Since Herald didn’t have much personality development in season 4, it’s a little hard to describe him. But I do like his outfit in the series. :P I’ll do a little research & see what I find on how he acts in canon.

Here! Have some under-appreciated TT characters~

While I know Sarasim was more a cameo of Sarah Simms from the original TT comics (and then reinstated into the cartoon-based comics), I still prefer the cartoon version of her as she was a badass warrior. And the comic versions of her are just…bland, blonde, blue-eyed, white girls. <:\ Very nice & caring girls, mind you, but boring nonetheless.

And we also have Arella, who was sadly only given a minute or two of screentime in the cartoon. Raven’s backstory and family in general is one I think should’ve been expanded on beyond Trigon & the prophecy she was tied to.

So here we have Sarasim as Euclase, and Arella as Moonstone.

BB/Rae fusion is done~ This is Mercury Mist Topaz :3

As I’ve clarified before, their closest comparison in canon would be Opal. Considering how Raven & BB’s relationship dynamic usually goes, but it’s safe to say MMT is a bit more stable than Opal is.

They’re actually a pretty focused gem when they’re around, considering they’re usually formed when Pietersite & Anyolite need to protect their friends. It’s the one thing that the two will wholeheartedly agree on even if they’re fighting.

MMT is pretty withdrawn, to be honest. Depression is the norm with them, even if they try to cheer themselves up with the odd joke or two, but usually the only thing that’ll make them happy/comfortable is to be around the rest of the team. But it’s not like they hate being formed, since they’re formed for only the best intentions.

And, like Csarite, they tend to be rather reflective on themself and confront things that either Anyolite or Pietersite don’t actively think about.

Geez, I actually almost forgot about Blackfire in this AU! XD Here she is as another Ametrine like Starfire, but of the blue + purple variety of it. :3

The two of them were close when they were first formed, since they have their gem in the same place, & were created in the Kindergarten only minutes apart from each other. Star!Ametrine quickly latched onto Black!Ametrine as a ‘sisterly’ figure, & Black!Ametrine did as well to an extent….until she decided it was beneath her to serve the Authority.

And in the process of fucking over Homeworld on her way off planet, she framed Star!Ametrine in her place, breaking the bond she didn’t have as much stake in that Star!Ametrine did.

Rob/Rae fusion for you guys~ They’re Lunar Lavender.

While not as dark in color scheme as the gems that make them, the two of them really do seem to bring out the ‘light’, if you will, in each other when the situation calls for it. They can encourage each other and understand each other seemingly very easily, when you think about it. (Romantic or platonic, you gotta love the bird duo~ ^_^)

LL is very focused and calm a good deal of the time. They’re almost monk-like in that respect, and very zen in their fighting style even. Like the rest of the fusions, they’re protective of their friends…but not it a ‘OMG dont touch them i’ll fucking kill you!!!’ way. They believe in the team’s abilities & would act more like ‘Go on. Try and hurt them. It won’t work. And if you get lucky, you’ll be dead.’

Here we’ve got the fusion for Cyborg/Sodalite & Sarasim/Euclase: Kyanite~

Now, I chose to draw this particular fusion because they’re integral in regards to Cy/Sodalite’s ‘loss of self’ in this AU. I know I could’ve made him half human or something, but I wanted to keep Steven as a special case.

Soooooo……can any of you guess what might’ve happened to Sodalite to experience some sort of ‘loss of self’~?

Here we got Red X for the TTGems AU as Brecciated Jasper. Didn’t really have to change much about his appearance, imo. The gem suggestion was given by terramarkovrocks again. :)

Obviously he’s still mistaken for Robin/Bloodstone the first time he shows up on his own (since he still does the whole ‘being a bad guy to lure out slade’ thing), but other than figuring out his gem, the team knows nothing about him or what he looks like without a mask.

He’s a rogue gem, like Blackfire/Ametrine, and doesn’t follow the Authority. Like in the series, he does things for his own gain without any remorse for his actions.

Decided to make a height comparison pic for the TTGem fusions I’ve done so far. Just for reference~ :3 Turquoise is a little hard to figure out because of his pose, but he reaches the shoulder of Kyanite.

I’ll update the pic as I make new fusions. (I totally half-assed drawing the rest of Sardonyx’s body XD)

So here we’ve got Kid Flash as Sunstone, Jinx as Iolite, & Jericho as Vesuvianite. You can probably already tell who’s the ‘Peridot’/reluctant-enemy-turned-ally in all this~ :P

Some of you might argue that Jinx doesn’t need limb enhancers since she’s not short but…she kind of is? Not to the degree she is in this AU, but have you seen the platform heels she wears in the cartoon?? XD Plus, thinking of short Iolite & tall Sunstone being cute & flirty together is adorable. aka: I love me some height differences in pairings

Anyway, I sadly can’t remember who suggested the gem for Jericho. >_< But whoever did, thank you for the suggestion. ^v^

And here we got Brother Blood as Howlite.

I know Bloodstone would probably suit his actual villain name more, but I’ve already made Robin a Bloodstone & then I’d be giving the two an unnecessary connection, however small. His beef was with Cyborg & I’d like to keep it that way in this AU too. :)

Suggested by osmostrix, Howlite is a Kindergarten worker (I can’t call him a ‘Kindergartener’ like Peridot is without thinking it’s hilarious, I’m sorry. XD), overseeing newly made gems. Of course, he’ll have been using some sort of secret method of his own to make some of the gems more obedient to him than others.

He plans to eventually overthrow the Diamonds with this method (still workin’ on the details atm), & take over Homeworld. But for the time being, he functions under Yellow Diamond’s command.

Just a little doodle comic about how BB & Raven’s fusion first came to be. (^v^) They fuse more after this & eventually get Mercury Mist Topaz lookin’ a bit more put together…but not after a few weeks of BB/Anyolite making this face at Raven/Pietersite:

He’s just super happy because he ended up being the 1st gem she fused with since joining the rebellion, since she’s always been super prickly about fusing for reasons (<- which I’ll explain later).

Haven’t done any TTGem stuff in a while, so here ya go~
