Do anyone remember this cartoon?

"Will, Wood and the Tapeworms", a toon from like... 90s? I searched on lost media forums to get information about it, and found this image Correct me if im wrong but it seems like it was from episode called "Back to Suburbsvill" or something like this i dont know how it sounded in original, i watched it with russian dub

I used to watch it in my childhood :') My dad loved all that spooky and strange stuff like Burton's movies, so one day he downloaded this toon on my disc so i could watch it before my sleeptime QwQ As well as i remember, it was pretty hard for little me to understand what's going on, i mean, the whole cartoon had... strange surrealisctic vibe? Something like Beetlejuice series, but more creepy and confusing??? Idk??? How did this even get on tvs?? As a SHOW FOR KIDS??? .... From lost media forums i learned that show was closed because of creative differences (at least officially), but i am still thinking why did they deleted EVERY mentions of this one...? Yknow i dont believe in conspirology but gosh i feel so bad that my disc was formatted many times and now i will never know what exactly happened with this one.

Do anyone remember this too?... What was that?
