I like to imagine he can hover around anti gravity style (or maybe also some acoustic levitation) tho I know it’s his back thrusters on his design, I also made him and Shockwave more colorful cuz it’s more recognizable to me that way 😌 Turns out Soundwave’s satellite design is somehow easier to draw than his DOTM for me, but Yknow I’m not complaining cuz I like the idea of a satellite him 😌 his robot mode is neat but only shown in like. A game, a comic, and in toys.
Never let your small communications officer attempt to carry a Very Much Taller mech, turns out that kinda stuff doesn’t work out well. Who woulda known
Bonus DOTM Soundwave sketches cuz . I was attempting to get used to his look
I feel like this art brings a whole new meaning to the words 'drill me, doctor'.
I reaaaaaally lost my momentum with this one (stopped working on it for a month) so it doesn’t look as good as I’d like…! sorry for the usual off-model ;_; better luck next time I guess!
Also hmmmm I have been finding Transformers kinda weird to follow… I want to check other series and the comics, but I have no idea where to start (or if they are worth it) (((and there are like a million :v )))
He got dem red bottoms...
You take a look at Megatron and think his SIC would be this also gigantic mech that's also more like a war machine
Instead he has this:
Update: this was meant to be a matter-of-fact post, Starscream's legs are amazing 🤌
Don't know why, but I've always found those mouth scars and teeth to be ridiculously sexy.
I'm sorry but if you havent gone to look at this user's art you need to STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING IMMEDIATELY and go check them out. SO good!!

We love our buggy boys
After enough consideration of my own I have concluded the reason these two are the odd ones out because they are actually bugs that think in very different ways than everyone else 😌 it’s a sound assessment… must be why they just stare at things happening like you just lifted up a rock they, the insects, were under
Neat
This concept for militarized testudines incredibles fabric textures for the neck and legs, which grant a semi-organic feel to the mechs.
