The height of people in One Piece is very odd to me! But the potential worry about a (relatively) tiny baby does compel me.
(But I think I'll just end up ignoring that they're so tall. It has too many world building questions for me, like... how do you build your houses or ships or infrastructue if people are just 6m tall from time to time? >w<; Sorry, rambling.)

I finally did @doyoulikemynickname20's prompt (which you can find here). Well... sort of.
This is a continuation of the comic where Crocodile tells Dragon that they're having a child. There probably should be another comic in between where they decide what they're going to do. But right now I'm leaving it up to your imagination.

I was thinking about how Sir Crocodile might have realized that he was pregnant and what his reaction might have been. Timeline wise he was probably already a warlord when he got pregnant with Luffy, so maybe he was just far too busy to pay attention to his body. (Besides, Luffy might just also be a tiny baby that hid well.)
Does anyone have any head canons about it??

Simon was embarrassed, of course, he decided to ignore This and continue scavenging for supplies. He really didn’t have any backup pants cause it was left at their little hide out, so he has to deal with his wet slimy pants Till they get home.
it wasn’t easy to scavenge while in labor, they have to take multiple stops during their find. His bag is getting heavier the more supplies they get, and that not good for his poor already abused back. his contractions were becoming more and more unbearable. to add to that there a literally slime zombies everywhere with super hearing. Fun. At one point he couldn’t hold it anymore and groaned enough for the slimy zombies to hear.
there were so many coming after them. he couldn’t run properly due to his condition, they were cornered, he had no choice but to use the crown.
After it died down, his contractions escalated, they were becoming worse, he was now full 10cm. He dropped down hard on his knees, he feels the baby’s head pressing against his hole. This is dangerous. he can’t let Marcy see him like this. He doesn’t want her to get traumatized, giving birth isnt really pretty to see... He explained to Marcy what was going on. Marcy was thrilled and terrified, she finally going to see the baby.
simon made sure there were no more zombies lurking around, he got in the nearest car. Told Marcy to stay close and not wander off.
Pushing the baby took so long marceline was getting impatient. Pushing a big baby out of Your tiny hole ain’t easy, he made sure to be careful not to tear. It took an hour and a half to push the baby out, and finally Marcy was finally able to meet her new sibling.
